I phoned the company to be sure they had the item in stock

I phoned the company to be sure they had the item I wanted to purchase in stock. I was told yes. So I ordered it via Amazon and within minutes received a confirmation from AVgrear that my order was received and my purchase would be on its way via FedEx.
This is the 2nd childs desk I have ordered from AVgear and both experiences were perfect.

Well

Well, I never got the item I wanted, but we agreed on something else. That's not so bad, but I had to contact them after a while to see why my purchase wasn't shipped. It was only then that I was informed that the item I purchased wasn't available. A bit iffy, I suppose. Not sure if I will be a return customer or not.

Upgraded headphones, refund for missing cables

Upgraded headphones when oversold on the model ordered, and provided a partial refund when only 1 of 3 cables ordered arrived (out of stock). Customer service was a little slow, but made sure I was okay with substitution and not overcharged.

Not in stock... apparently.

Ordered a speaker...and then after the weekend received my shipment notice. After following the tracking number for over a week it suddenly said it would be delayed with no reason given. Contacted the company who emailed that they didn't even have any in stock and issued me a refund. No other emails were answered. Not sure when they were going to tell me the product I got a shipping notice for was never shipped and wasn't even in stock. Prompt refund so that was the one good thing but otherwise not a good experience.

Beyond my expectation

The size chart is pretty accurate and the fabric quality is quite impressive for the price. I just do not know how long it will last or if the color will fade away.

Another satisfied customer!!

Shipping was a little slow but I am still a very satisfied customer. I received a brand name quality set of speakers at a great price. We just installed them and they sound awesome. Thank you Avgearshop.

HiFiMan Sundara never shipped

I ordered a pair of HiFiMan Sundaras on Oct 20, 2022 from AVGearShop through amazon.
The next day Amazon had the Canada Post tracking number, but no updates were ever made.

The package was expected to have arrived on the 31st of October, but at that point there were no updates on Amazon indicating why the package had not arrived yet.

I attempted to search the tracking number in Canada Post and create a support ticket for the issue, but from Canada Post's perspective the shipper never sent them the item, only the electronic shipping information. The exact message from Canada Post is as follows:
"We are unable to proceed with your Service Ticket. A shipping label has been generated but the item has not been received by Canada Post. Check back in Track for further updates."

About a week ago, I attempted to contact AVGearShop via their website's contact form. I never received a response by email. Today, Nov 17, I sent another such inquiry on their site, and also attempted to call their office at 15:40. No-one picked up the phone after 3 attempts of calling them, even though their own automated answering machine states that on Thursdays, they close at 16:30.

My shipment never arrived, Canada Post has no idea what happend to it, and as far as I can tell AVGearShop never even shipped the item that I purchased. Terrible experience.
