I decided to switch suppliers away from Avid. My switch date was today, and I have been informed by Avid that the advisor that called me last week from Avid to ask why I was switching has cancelled my switch to my new supplier. What right did this advisor have to do this when I said I still wanted to switch from Avid. Now I have run my credit down and I don't get paid for another 2 weeks so I am without credit. Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I top up every week with as much as £30 gas and £20 electric yet I’m constantly going into my emergency by the following week. I live in a 2 bed flat with a gas fire and gas central heating. There is only me and my 13 year old son. Because of how expensive this company is I’ve had to go out and buy blankets for us to use because I can’t afford to have the heating on!!!!!!!!

Absolute scammers. I'm a genuine bloke Mrs and kid living in house topping up 65 quid a month for gas I turned it off today as we went out at 11.30am gpt back at 11pm and the has is out of credit??hmm nice try yet again avid you just robbed your customers AGAIN!!

Excellent service
I spoke with Alden Doyle today who was professional and lovely to talk to. He helped me immediately and had no issues. (I also love the irish accent lol) I've been with Avid for a wee while now and their customer service is the best yet. They all seem to be able to help you with anything not like other companies who pass you from one person to another and you don't get anywhere. Also it's very hard to understand them as your normally passed to the Philippines and although they are nice they don't understand you either. I have found Avid the cheapest yet and I hope it stays that way. Thank you all for all your help and have a nice day. Jennifer x
