I just waited over 45 minutes for an…

I just waited over 45 minutes for an avistar vehicle to pick me up at the atlanta airport. I watched many other parking service vehicle arrive during that time, in some cases up to 10 times.

It's not worth saving 1 or 2 $ per day to waste so much time waiting for avistar.

I would rate below ZERO buyer beware

I would rate below ZERO, I made and paid for a reservation, on Wednesday night (Thanksgiving eve for Thanksgiving Morning) for arrival on Thursday morning, at 6 am and arrived 2 hours before my flight only to find they had WAY had overs sold the the parking, tried calling the phone at that time while frantically trying to find another spot to make my flight, there phone line said disconnected. tried again later after arrival in Ca, same thing. when we arrived back in town 8 days later and tried again same thing. filed complaint with Credit card company got turned down because you had to email them, by the mouse print, within 7 days. They had to know it was overs sold. So much for Good customer service and what was supposed to be the start of a relaxing vacation. BUYER BEWARE

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dark, outdoor lot filled with potholes. Not enough drivers so there can be quite a wait time. There were so many people on my van some sat on the luggage racks. About 25 people crammed on a van made for about 12. Many of them were airport employees who were extremely loud, swearing, and talking about sex. There were young children aboard. I felt like I was on a drunken party bus. Do NOT use this. Park ANYWHERE else.

This place is a joke and rip off!

This place is a joke and rip off, plain and simple.
Purchased coupon from Groupon, and used this site since my trip would be for several days. Most of the other places I use max out at 5 days, so this was the only alternative. Purchased the Groupon and prepared for my trip the next day.
Arrived at the lot at 4:30 am. There were two cars in front of me trying to enter an abandoned security gate that would not work. Finally they let me try, after being there 20 minutes trying to enter and cars piling up behind me. I could not get in either. Finally saw a transportation shuttle leaving the lot and asked for help and was told they were not accepting any coupons today. No groupons or prepaid coupons from their OWN site. Even though the lot was NOT FULL. So all of the 12 cars trying to enter were turned around.
Had to find another parking lot at the last minute. Lucky I left 2 hours before my flight, because this ordeal literally took 1 hour out of my trip. The worse customer service ever!

Very scary lot

Very scary lot. I purchased a Groupon to save money but I'd rather have piece of mind. The lot has hardly any lighting and the initial booth stood in the middle at the front with no gates or security. The ground is not paved, just dirt and cars are scattered all over the place. There was no attendant at the entrance and there was a slow weird bus lurking the lot. I didn't even take the tour any further..just went across the street to my usual place, the Parking Spot where I paid twice as much but I felt so much more secure. I got my refund from Groupon on the way to the airport.... lol

Terrible-Terrible-Terrible

Pick up was fine, but had to hunt for a spot. Upon return we had to pick up baggage at International Terminal (flight left from Domestic, and we returned to a Domestic gate, go figure). We waited for 15 minutes with no shuttle, I tried several times to call, finally got a recorded message that said to leave message, the mailbox was full. Airport Customer Service said they have seen them picking up passengers so just wait. I tried 13 times to reach them, then the Customer Rep started calling with the same results. Finally we took a free shuttle to the Domestic Terminal where we wait4ed another 30 minutes with several other irate customer. Almost 3 hours from arrival to car. Ridiculous! They make TSA look customer friendly and efficient.

When trying to leave we waited another 10 minutes in line as they slowly checked out the cars in front of us. I asked the cashier if they picked up at International, and she said some drivers do, some don't, it's up tp them. Never again.

Why can't I give them a zero

Do Not Use, Unless You Want to Add Hours to Your Travel!

Do not use them unless you want to add an additional hour to hour and a half on to your travel (which definitely isn't worth the savings to me). When we landed, we were waiting about 40+ minutes for the bus to come. We were initially told now that they are under new mgt., the busses come every 10 minutes. This is a lie. It took several times of trying to call them in that 40 minute span. When someone finally answered, she said a bus would be there in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later it arrived. The bus driver was very rude. He missed our stop (we were supposed to be the first off). When i brought it to his attention, he said he had to turn around and we would be next. We weren't. He went and dropped everyone else off. Then when we were getting off, he made a rude comment to us.  He was very unprofessional. I even heard him dropping The "F" bomb under his breath to an elderly lady who was asking him questions about her stop. The whole experience was awful.

Terribly disorganized when returning …

Terribly disorganized when returning from the airport and getting the car back. Many people waiting and complaining of "lost cars". I had a groupon which I was told would be refunded the next day. I had to call 4 days later to get the refund as it was never done.

Not enough drivers to get cars ready to …

Not enough drivers to get cars ready to pickup when you text them that you have arrived. Also a shortage of stick shift drivers forced me to have to go with a driver to the car lot to drive my car out of the lot.

Totally bad experience

Was not made aware that the location had changed, so I had to drive around and find out it had been bought out by another lot.
The drop off lane was backed up due to previous drop offs not being addressed.
Upon return there were items missing from my car.
I will look at other options for my future parking needs
