The customer service was great and everyone was very nice and helpful there. And the price is the lowest one I could find. The shuttle came promptly to take me to the airport, and it was easy to notify the shuttle to pick me up again when I returned.

The only negative was that the location of the parking had changed between the time I booked it and the time of the reservation, and I was not made aware of it until driving up to the 'old' location and seeing a sign indicating the new address -- it was a bit confusing.

Easy to check in and out

Since sharing Wally Park space, shuttles are more regular, but still have had to wait 20 minutes for pickup. Last month when i arrived at OHare, I texted like they had asked, caught the shuttle after only 10 min wait, and still ended up waiting 45 minutes for them to bring my car around to the lobby area.

Have been dealing with Avistar for years, had problems signing up for there program. Finally I spoke with a very nice female who helped me et back into my account. i hope moving will keep up with the service I had before

I like the new location with WallyPark. It is much easier to get to and the building is nicer. The check in and check out process was very slow on both ends.

Check-in is taking longer, especially when one has to pick up thr flight in next 60 to 90 minutes

Everything went well except for the way Groupons are handled. Before my reservation, I called to see how to use Groupons that was offered in the app. I was told that I would have to pay upfront and I would be refunded the balance from the deal. So, I proceeded with the reservation, paid, and when the reservation was over I presented the Groupons (which Avistar marked as "redeemed"). I was told I would be refunded in 3-4 business days. A week and half later no refund, I had to call in order for them to process it correctly. I was eventually credited the value of the Groupons.

Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and landed at a different terminal in the middle of the night. When we called for pick up, they were outside waiting for us. Car was waiting and running.

I have used WallyPark before, but this time I had to use Avistar because of a malfunction with WallyPark's website. The parking was at the same location, but now there are two check out lines. The service was very good, but there was a bit of confusion when we tried to pick up our vehicles because of the two checkout stations, as even the staff were a bit confused. The trip to the airport was wonderful, but the pick up took an exceptionally long time, which has not been the case before. I will use them again because of my past experiences, as this was not typical of the organization I have dealt with over the years.

very good place to park, easy access to airport. In coming back, it's a short wait for the shuttle to come and your car is ready waiting for you.

The company is still working through a few kinks since they are combining two separate parking facilities and it makes it difficult when using a Groupon. Other than minor communication challenges, the experience is great.

Awesome experience. No difficulties. The check in and check out procedure is really quite easy, even when using the Groupon coupon.

S huddle to the air port was not a problem but we had to wait over an hour to be picked up on our arrival. We called after baggage pickup and were standing outside to gate within a couple of minunets. and were told we were not outside to be picked up. I called few more times and was told every time the driver would be there within five minunets Afyter about an hour and fifteen minunets we were picked up. The shuddle was full. We were at the international terminal and it is probaly thier last pick up spot. I would only assusme that the shulles were full the other times before they got to use. This is the last time we will use Avistar.
