Very upset

Reserved parking long time ago. When we reached it was raining bad and Avistar never informed us about there spot is moved to other location. We found out from note at payment booth note and went inside guy yelling told us parking for TSA. We were afraid we will miss flight. Went to other parking where very unproffessional rude person was working. We were stressed out. When came back took for ever to find car key. was over charged ( had a groupon ) we travel almost every month and have always parked at avistar we are very upset
Will never use your company.
You should refund my money.

DISORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL

Dropping off my car was a breeze. No issues. The return was another story. The first van to the airport was full & I couldn't get on. So I waited another 15 minutes. My text & call to the office would not go through so the van driver reached the office to tell them I was there & to get my car. That was very nice of him. I loaded & unloaded my luggage. The office was in chaos. The line was long, keys were lost & cars were lost. The manager was out in the lot looking for cars. The office staff did not try to calm the folks who had been waiting 2+ hours to get their car. The staff had replies that they had been there since early in the AM & took care of grandchildren & were tired too. They knew they were disorganized but management didn't listen to them! Not what a paying customer wants to hear after a day of travel & no car in sight. My car took about 45 minutes to find. It will be a long time after the merge for me to brave this lot again. There is enough competition to go somewhere else

Poor Transition from Avistar to WallyPark

We were not notified of the change in location from Avistar to Wallypark until we arrived at Avistar to park. It was December 1, the first day of the transition. I don't fault the workers for the problem. Very poor planning by management. However, the gentleman organizing the lines began screaming at me for being in a different line than he wanted. No computer check in, so no way to pull up my reservation. This was really a disaster and I won't park with WallyPark/Avistar again. I paid for the parking through Groupon and saved about $3 for an eight day stay. Not worth it.

Excellent

Great service to and from the airport. The drivers are extremely friendly and helpful. They even cleared the snow off of my car when I went to pick it up.

Slow service.

Since moving to the new / shared location, service is incredibly slow. We waited over 45 minutes for bus pick-up. And then another 45 minutes for them to find our car, which was supposed to be waiting for us when the bus arrived.

AWFUL!

Worst experience ever. Waited over 2 hours for car to be brought to us. They said runners just had a bunch of different keys in their pockets and didn't bring cars out in any particular order. We went and located our car and begged for keys to get it ourselves. If course, they didn't know which runner had our keys. NEVER AGAIN.

No coordination or system in place

We waited 2 1/2 hours to get our vehicle after arriving at the lot. It seems this garage might be the closest to the airport so it is understandable they are busy, but when bad weather is expected they need to have a plan in place. There were employees running around the lot with keys in their hands hitting the key remotes to try to locate vehicles. We got no updates and just a lot of waiting around. When we dropped off our vehicle it was a breeze although the driver didn't want to take us to the airport and he was rude. The shuttles took longer than they advertised and we almost missed our outbound flight. I will not be using them anymore.

Aweful

I recommend not to go with them. My experience was terrible.
I went to the address provided but they said the lot won't be open the day I am coming back and they want me to go and park at a partner location which is far away. I would have missed the flight if I had not given 4 hr lead time.

Very disappointed.

We had to wait over an hour for our vehicle. There were many excuses (bad weather, understaffed, lots of customers) offered by a very unfriendly and rude woman. There were no apologies given, we were just told to be patient.
If I'm paying for a service, that is offered by your company, I should not be told to "be patient" and "just wait."
I will never use this company again, and can only imagine that the other people who were "just waiting" with me on that day feel the same.

Been going here for over 10 years.

My last visit was very disappointing. I booked it a month before my flight, as I was going to the parking lot at 5:30 in the morning, to catch my 8am flight, I found out that the parking lot was no longer there. They never called me they never emailed me or anything. As I frantically was looking for the new parking lot, so I could arrive at the airport before my flight, a driver said to me oh by the way it's five miles that way. If they don't care about me even to send a email message, I guess I don't care to park in the parking lot anymore.

Good price- Poor Customer Service

Promise- car warmed, snow and ice cleared and ready when you pick up the car- NOT and staff seemed irritated to have to do any of this- I cleaned most of my car.

Promise- Efficient return process- NOT- problems locating the cars, processing those with Groupons and other discounts which held up the line for us "full paying" customers, and one person helping customers while several other staff came out form the back, looked at the long line and proceeded to go back in the office.

Easy parking and pickup

I had no issues with the parking or the pickup. The valet had the car ready by the time I arrived for pickup. The whole process was smooth and easy.

unacceptable

The internet site had the incorrect address and we had to scramble to make it on time. Also the female who was at the desk was the rudest uncaring sarcastically demeaning individual I have ever seen in my life. Her behavior was an embarrassment to customer service and I will never use Avistar again after being a customer for years.

Should be ZERO stars!

Services not as advertized on Groupon. We watied over THREE hours - nearly 200 minutes! just to present our claim check to retrieve our vehicle.

Avistar is now WallyPark - they were understaffed and unorganized.

Prior to parking there, I had to pay online FULL value for the parking even though I had already paid Groupon for the same days.

Their website says "Your car is warmed up and cleared of snow". This would suggest that after a customer has texted their claim check # from the airport, the car would be ready and waiting - NOT! The car was NOT fully brushed off. Given that there were 200 people waiting, probably a good thing that the car was not left running.

There was NO visible managment on duty - only one counter agent who disappeared for extended periods of time while over 200 people waited.

They said the lot was secured - NOT I was so tempted to use my wife's other set of keys and leave - but I needed to get my Groupon refund.

NEVER again!

Had to wait to pick up my vehicle for over an hour

There were not enough employees retrieving vehicles. With it being the end of a holiday weekend it was a complete catastrophe. I was lucky, I saw where my vehicle was parked and got my keys. I have been using Avistar when traveling out of O'Hare for many years. I will probably search for alternative parking in the future. BTW. When I made my reservation on-line there was no mention of the lot moving to the Lawrence Rd facility until I saw the note at the old location on Mannheim Rd.
