One can be lucky and speaks with a very helpful agent.
When I cancelled my policy, it was because the lady I spoke to was not very helpful. However, when I renewed my policy, it was because I spoke to a lady who explained the process to me and the third lady I spoke with was one of the most friendly and helpful people with whom I spoke.

The overall experience was great
The overall experience was great. The girl on the phone was helpful and knowledgable. Answered all questions and helped when my online quote was cheaper the what I was quoted originally.

Insurance disc not posted
I did not realise that I had signed up to paperless I have no colour printer and now have no disc. Closed at weekend so no one to ring. This should be more transparent as most people do not have a colour printer to hand for insurance disc. I have no isssue with my documents being online but really the insurance disc should be posted and this should be more transparent

Unfair insurance quote
I got my renewal quote, rang you to see could u do any better on price but was told you couldn't. I went in and did a new quote and ended up getting a quote for nearly 50 euro cheaper. I find this a scam, why couldn't you give your loyal customers the cheaper price when sending out new quote
