I would advise anyone reading this to think very carefully. Action Against Medical Accidents is frowned upon by the NHS & other medical care services. Action Againt Medical Accidents is a very small organization that causes significant problems for patients and doctors. AvMA is good at encouraging you to complain about health care whilst they remain disconnected from any adverse consequences or worse still making a referral to a greedy lawyer. AvMA should be closed down due to the Damage they do. Be warned.

Fantastic service received in October 2018 from one of the helpline advisors (if I recall correctly her name was Rebecca). She helped me immensely during a time of need whilst I was unwell and trying to submit a claim before a deadline and went above and beyond to give me advice and listen to me.
