Appalling service for a device with lifetime warranty

I bought the Avologie in January 2024 and unfortunately it suddenly stopped working in January 2025. Despite providing a detailed description of the problem (with a video as requested) and subsequent chaser emails, I haven’t heard back from anyone to acknowledge receipt of the email and arrangement for a replacement device. For a device that retails for $11,500 and claims of lifetime warranty, the service is appalling. I have sent a number of emails stating I needed a replacement device ASAP for an event and no-one has followed up.

Great experience

After 2 years of use, my device quit charging. They replaced it in a timely and professional manner and provided instructions on how to avoid this problem in the future. I couldn't ask for anything better. Great experience.

Nanaimo BC location…

These people at the Nanaimo BC Canada location are complete con artists. They are a total rip off. They give you this bull script and lie to your face. The products are absolute crap. Save yourself money do not buy. Do not be fooled. They take full advantage of people! I don’t doubt that their own people put good reviews here. The rest have been ripped off.

I purchased the Eneo Totale for $2000

I purchased the Eneo Totale for $2000. Used a finance company. Exactly 2 years to the day it stopped working. 1. It does NOT work 2. Customer service is deplorable. Have been going back & forth with them since June ‘24. Just yesterday, 8 months later after I sent a video showing it’s not working 3 months ago they emailed to send it back. The cost to send it back… $195. Do not buy this product. A great facial will accomplish the same or a great mask by Hanacure or any
Mask for that matter. Complete rip off..reporting them to BBB & Consumer Affairs. Do not waste your hard earned money!

The facial itself was decent and appeared to create benefits. The unfortunate part was a sales pitch at the end where a device was used on half my face leaving a noticeable difference and when I declined to purchase the device or the expensive cream I was treated very coldly and ushered out of the facility with my face having two different looks. Very bizarre way to end a "spa" experience.

How to solve problems with newly purchased devicee???

I bought the Eneo Totale Red Light Therapy device on 12/30/2024. I also registered for the warranty. (This device has a lifetime warranty). After using it only 3 times, the battery died so I charged it. After charging the battery, when I turned on the device, the light did not come on so I could not use it.

I called the company's phone number on the website but the line was busy and said I had to contact them via email. I have sent 3 emails in the past 10 days, but so far I have not received any response from the company.

With the machine not working like this, how can I connect with the company to request the new device

I recently tried a promotional facial treatment that was supposed to last an hour, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. The esthetician was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, which I truly appreciated. However, the treatment itself was a letdown.

The facial was done in only 45 minutes, which was noticeably shorter than what was advertised. According to the promotional materials, I was supposed to receive a face mask and a relaxing massage, but neither was included. I felt like key elements of the treatment were missing, which left me disappointed.

While the esthetician's friendly attitude was a plus, the lack of the advertised services left me feeling like I didn’t get the full value I was hoping for. I also asked for details on additional services I was interested in, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any information at all. This lack of communication was another letdown.

To make matters worse, I didn’t notice a huge difference in my skin afterward. Given the promo’s promises, I expected a more noticeable result and a more complete, indulgent experience. Sadly, this was not the case, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

Misrepresentation

Purchased the Avologi on June 19, 2023. Unit totally stopped working in December 2024. I emailed customer service per the instructions after Christmas figuring it would be less busy. I got no response so 4 days later I left a negative Google review. Funny how I instantly got a response and return e-mail after doing so.
It was not very satisfying though. The card that came with the unit said that if it stopped working I would get a repair or replacement, no questions asked.
The e-mail that was sent stated that they require a video of the malfunction, also information on what if any creams I use along with various other information. For the price that I paid I feel like an idiot. I don't see any improvement in my skin so I will not be jumping through their hoops. I will consider it a lesson learned. I can sleep at night knowing that I do not scam, lie, and rip people off like this ridiculous joke of a company. No questions asked?!?!?!. Right. Don't waste your money. They lie.
As far as any more interaction from me with this company, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Done. Won't waste anymore time or money. And no, there was no reply on January 2nd. I will not reply any further. This is my honest review.

This product does not work…
When selling it, they tell you they will refund you if you do not like the product… But the minute you call in for the refund, they advise there is no money back guarantee. They tell you it supports wrinkles and treating hyperpigmentation/ discoloration and it does none of that. If anything, it causes more discoloration on your skin !!!! Do not believe anything they tell you….it is all a lies!!

Avologi really stands behind their product and customer service is excellent

I purchased the Eneo Advanced on 12/22/2023 and it wouldn't come on when I tried to use it on 10/25/2024. I sent an email to Avologi and got a response 3 days later. The ticket was assigned to Jackelyn S and she provided detail instruction on what I needed to do. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. What impressed me most was I supposed to call in to pay for the shipping/handling fee for a replacement but Jackelyn gave me a call on a Friday when customer service line is not even opened. I just received my replacement today and am happy that I can use the device again.
