Quite easy to arrange for replacement of Avologi laser that unfortunately stopped working after using for 2 years! Yael was easy to deal with, very pleasant and easy to understand what I had to do to receive my replacement!

Wasted money - dishonest lifetime guarantee
I purchased this product and it did nothing. When I tried to get my money back, they told me that first of all I had to produce receipts and videos to prove it was ineffective. Then I followed up with a phone call and that’s when they told me I needed to pay an extra $200 to possibly replace it. They would not even guarantee that they would replace it for that price. They told me I had to repackage it to return it, that I couldn’t even use the original package it came in. In addition, I had to pay for return shipping in addition to the $200 that had to be included with it.
I don’t recommend buying this product unless you have lots of money to put toward nothing.

My Eneo Advanced unit stopped working
My Eneo Advanced unit stopped working, I had only had it for a year. I was a little worried as I had purchased the unit at an airport a long way from home. I sent an email to Avologi customer service and I got a reply from Jacquelyn S, who she said would guide me though the process and that's exactly what she did. She was very professional and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I had been unable to use the Eneo for about 3 months and was noticing a return of some of my wrinkles, which I didn't like, but I'm happy to say that Avologi stood by their product and I am a happy customer. Thanks you Avologi.

Shirley and "Jackelyn" helped me through the process of a warranty claim after two years of using my Eneo Advanced face wand followed by a failure to charge . My warranty was fully honored, no problem, and my ENEO Advanced was replaced with a new one that was also easy to register so it would also have a lifetime warranty if ever needed.
Shirley was particularly helpful and followed up with me when the process came to the very end , sometimes the most difficult part when finalizing the details. Shirley made it seem like a smooth landing . I appreciated her !
