Couldn’t see a minus rating I have just read Aaron’s review re his deceased mother absolutely disgusting shows an absolute disregard for personal issues my situation causes concern too my friend bought the all signing and dancing pen problem not compatible with iPhone for my birthday for Xmas turban wrap not fit for purpose no size on garment doesn’t fit as my friend who is having treatment for cancer and has been for 4 months how do I hassle her for a damn order no after 19 emails to Avon they have not shown an ounce of empathy, as for someone stating they were to contact CEO if you look at the Avon page of to find this info there are 2 pages of MD’s and everyone RESIGNED what does that say for this dreadful badly run company. If you want bad service you won’t find a better company than AVON

never met so many vile people in my life if you get bombarded by reps you have to buy is there attitude pretty much if you say no you get given a full load of abuse keep your mlm reps to your self we dont want you

If I could zero stars I would.

If I could zero stars I would.
Placed order on 29.03.21.
Didnt realise Hermes delivered their orders otherwise I would never have ordered. Lies about it being delivered. Lies about a second order being sent to me. Lies about a refund being issued to me.
It's now 26.04.21 and I have no goods and £40 out of pocket.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
REALLY ANGRY
I work in the NHS and thought I would treat myself after all what's happened... little did I know the nightmare that would ensue...

Unprofessional and badly run

Very bad company. If you work as a rep they enable team managers to make orders on your account. This can lead to false payment requests and a bad mark on your credit file. You can't even speak to a person to try and resolve this.

Lack of kinds as no more than 1 to choose from

Ever Since this Propaganda of Covid-19that's in are faces too much, Avon was some what good to order from, But as months went by as I used order from a Avon Rep, They got back to me saying everything is out of stock even though it was there to order, Better still all the best smells didn't seem to last long to buy as they started to disappear before are eyes as the best kinds was Wilderness, Luck, Black Suade night and Mesmerize and Comores, as there was even more to choose from , Now as from this day there is only Black Suade to buy and no more different kinds of Deodorants, What's wrong with you's avon the way things are, you will be loosing customers badly, Get a grip before it's too late as I hope these Deodorants come back to buy as its not a hard choice just by picking 1 kind.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Harassing my partner for the money that her deceased mother owed them, Disrespectful and disgraceful, she only passed last month.

"Charlene and Phillip" if that is there real names, Clearly lying about their names over the phone as to not get done for harassment.
But I will chase this up, even if I need to message the CEO myself.

I've never been more revolted and angry at a company before like I have right now with this one.
Not being funny, Avon, but you're not getting a half penny off of us, so take your phonecalls and ram them where the sun doesnt shine!

When I was 15 they allowed me to sign…

When I was 15 they allowed me to sign up and we told some “white lies” about my age. Never made any money. Ended up owing each month. Spent every day out handing out booklets and getting them back in. Then trying to do orders with no one teaching me how. No support from anyone. Worst thing I’ve ever done and would never go back to another MLM company.

Order placed a month ago.

Tracking suddenly stopped.

Order missing .

Advised order re sent . 10 days later, no tracking number, no sign of my stuff.

Have now requested a refund and get the normal, they will reply within 10 days email !

What a shambles .

If you are considering placing an order . Please don’t . You will regret it.

I’m so angry as I write this review

I’m so angry as I write this review! I have waited two weeks for a simple delivery to turn up at my door! I have contacted AVON customer services many times and I’m still waiting! AVON is using HERMES who are completely unreliable for delivery! Money has left my account and they can’t even trace it! They are asking for proof of purchase! Really???!!! If I didn’t like their products so much I would report them to a watchdog! It’s unacceptable!!

Refused to give refund

Refused to give refund. Returned item using their return label they provided. They now refuse to issue refund as I cannot provide a tracking number. I have basically been tricked in to returning using an untracked service and they now refuse to refund for this reason.

Avon have some great offers and sets…

Avon have some great offers and sets that are really affordable for someone on a budget but who wants to give a nice gift to someone or to themselves. The ordering and delivering process is easy and when was once an item missing i received money back for this promptly.

They promoted an offer to me

They promoted an offer to me. £10 for a relaxing bundle of lavender scented items. And when i completed the purchase i checked my bank and they took £20 from me. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying myself relaxing items. I have a baby on the way so i dont appreciate people stealing money. Not that i would anyway.

Items missing from order

The 3 stars are for the lady from customer services. Ordered some stuff for Mother’s Day and when my order arrived there were 5 items missing from my order. I rang customer services and to be fair the lady was lovely and resent my items but unfortunately they won’t arrive for Mother’s Day.

I would give them a big ZERO

I would give them a big ZERO. I did my order back in 26th January 2021 and when it came, 9 products were missing. I sent emails with the evidence of the invoice which includes the product number and how much I was going to pay but then nothing happened. I lost the account on how many calls I made (they straightaway cut your call), I dont know how many emails I sent regarding the 9 products missing and we are in March and I already iccur in a late payment fee. Disgraceful company, horrible people answering the calls and seeing the emails and not sorting our issues. I even joined avon facebook pages but for me that reps look so fake. Unfortunately I dont have an address to complaint and this issue will carry one. I will close my account as soon as possible and I wont buy ever again avon.

Dreadful, Horrendous and Awful Company

Dreadful, horrendous, awful company!
Dont become an Avon rep/seller beause you are going to lose money. Orders will come incomplete and its impossible to get your products or credit into your account. Avon people dont care. I think its because too many people joined avon during this pandemic time and when issues show up they ignore them. So be careful dont waste your money and dont lose your money.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, ripped off during the pandemic, order 5 bottles of dry oil spray up on delivery two bottles were missing with Hermes tape all over it, contacted Avon to get them to reimburse me sent them pictures of my receipt the packaging and the content, no refund no solution to my missing items, out of pocket by £7. Can’t ring them during the pandemic it just cuts you off! Clicked several times on their emails over consecutive months unsubscribe as I don’t wish to be associated with that sort of company after the way I’ve been treated, I’m still getting emails 9 months later! I’ve emailed them to state I do not want there emails and will report as spam, absolutely disgusting company, disgusting customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would, would strongly suggest avoiding this company, out of pocket and no resolution.

Terrible but I now know why

Terrible but I now know why I have missing goods, full missing orders still not here after 3 weeks and customer service is pants... Avon has new systems and they are just not working. Apparently goods are picked and packed on a conveyor by robot. If something drops on floor and not in box there's no human to pick them up so orders go out with missing items. My orders were short of items. THEN to compound the problems the boxes are known by all delivery companies to have useless glue on so boxes arrive open. THEN boxes are too big for few items and heavier goods like bottles of bubble bath get chucked around and open bad box edges up. My boxes were open on arrival. Then to make the s33t show even worse they have moved the customer service to South Africa and with all the best will in the world, no one from abroad understands regional accents or common words used in the UK. When I finally got through about a missing parcel, I was on phone for 45 mins and at the end they emailed me a notification from them via Hermes showing it was being tracked. HOWEVER the email was my email address but had a different person's name on I have never heard of. I bought Avon to support my daughter but their systems and delivery times are pants. Wont order again.
