The company AVOXI are THIEVES

The company AVOXI are THIEVES. They keep on adding fees every month. This month they charged me credit fees of $16.99 on top of the bill.
I closed the account immediately and requested for the refund.

They refused to refund me. WORSE COMPANY EVER. I DON'T RECCOMEND AVOXI TO ANYONE IN THE WORLD.

We have been working with Avoxi for a few years now and our experience is very positive. We use mainly international phone services. I wish Avoxi had more automation for international number porting because manual processing is a bit annoying.

Our customer support line was suddenly…

Our customer support line was suddenly down. I opened a support ticket immediately and Avoxi guys tried really hard to fix the problem and find out the source of it so that it doesn't happen again in the future.

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. They raise their prices without notice. (doubled my bill)
READ the fine print. NO refunds.
They're a horrible company!! You have to wait for days until they respond to a ticket.
Do not risk using this company for your 800 phone needs. Do more research. There are cheaper, reputable, nonfraudulent companies out there. I found one very easily.
DO NOT USE AVOXI!
I will continue to post negative reviews about my horrible experience with this company.

Customer service is good

Customer service is just fine. Usability is complicated. Billing is not very transparent, added monthly admin fee after 1-2 month usage and additional jargonised fee 'intfee'. Can't really trust them.

I was with Avoxi for almost a year

I was with Avoxi for almost a year. Their customer service is one you want your customers to experience. The service I purchased worked well for my business for the time that I used it. I would recommend it for small businesses who want to have an international number transferred to their local number and never miss a call from your customers.

Avoid Avoxi - deceiving billing practices, no customer service.

Two months after opening the account they quietly added a monthly "administrative charge" on the invoice. They do not disclose when you sign up. When I complained they said it is because administrative costs have been rising. Why is it then that for new customers as of right now, there's no mentioning of this. It's really shady deceiving revenue generating practice - get your customers sign in and then milk them when they would accept hundreds of dollars rather than bother moving.

Bad practice. It eroded my trust in this company, and we will be moving when we find a time to invest.

This month they also introduced a second tiny monthly fee of $3.74 which they call "IntFee" whatever this means. I'm not going to contest this. I'm moving my account elsewhere.

I really do not understand how you can build a foundation of your business based on deceit.

Avoid Avoxi at all costs.

Useful features for a virtual number in Norway

Avoxi provided a virtual number in Norway. Call forwarding, scheduling of ring times, and recording calls were some neat features. I was impressed with the features. The price was good, but recently they added a $5 admin fee. No on was calling us maybe because they were calling us on whats app.

Markus and Pablo are assets to Avoxi

I just feel outbound licenses should be given for 1 user (it helps start ups) to grow. personally I find the outbound license very expensive and i feel this will be the only factor that will make me continue or discontinue Avoxi services in the future. I like to personally share my appreciation to markus & pablo for there extended support. kudos to both ya all. Thanks Team.
