Avoxi is tremendous Telco provider with all advance Telephony features, especially it has great coverage globally.

However, we have some security concerns. There is no two factor authentication mechanism in placed for the web portal. Which we think is security hole, if a fraudster somehow get access on an account, he can easily add trunks and generate thousands/millions of LD calls. I know Avoxi has fraud-check department and jumps in quickly but still two-factor authentication is a BIG ESSENTIAL need.

Bunch of friendly and task driven team

Bunch of friendly and task driven team. I use their services to operate a Virtual number. The team has always been very courteous and helpful. Their turn around time to answer questions and resolves issues is less than 4 hours which is fantastic. Never had any trouble with their Virtual number services.

Beware and check your first bill

Beware and check your first bill. I signed up for a simple $4.49 business classic plan, only to have without authorisation over $8 in extra monthly fees added (not including call fees on top).

Support which was fast to try and upsell, was slow to reply, and eventually refunded. There is no way to cancel your account online, which should have been a red flag when I signed up. So they hold all the control here.

I have since cancelled my account and migrated to OpenPhone which is going great.

Charged more than the agreed amount…

Charged more than the agreed amount from today 01/12/2020. This was not informed by them in advance. These people at this company are thieves and should be prosecuted for fraud.

Great Platform, Great Service!

Sunnie and Pablo G always are so helpful!

My call center system went down and I needed a quick solution and ability to keep my numbers working. AVOXI saved the day! I was able to set up a new call center using their software by the end of the day. Pablo and Sunnie were super helpful.

Problem resolved quickly

I had a problem that needed to be resolved so I emailed Avoxi customer support center about the problem I was having and then an Avoxi representative called me right away and rectified the issue I was having. Avoxi escalated my case and resolved the issue I had within minutes!
