I've used eight on 3 long distance runs and while I didn't experience a massive wave of energy, my runs did feel easier. I incorporated strides during my runs which were far less exhausting. I did however have increased stamina and endurance when I combined this with my preworkout. Early days and appears to be working well. Plan to experiment with this further.

This energy drink worked so well on my last long training run. Great energy support and no side effects. Just placed an order for more!

Been using intermittently for a while now. As previously reported by many here, everytime I use this product, I feel that I have greater endurance. Am recovering from an injury so fitness levels are compromised but I run and cycle with greater ease and can apply more speed without exhaustion after a sachet.
It works on the first sachet, it doesn't require an accumulative dose so if sceptical, order a one off pack of two and see for yourself!

I ordered it. Without any explanation my order was cancelled and refunded. Poor communication.

Usually I am quite skeptical if it comes to claims etc, but I have to say every time I take one of these in my fast rides or runs I get a PB or at least very close. It doesn't give me super fast legs, but some way or the other it seems I get less tired and can keep the pace and power for longer. I start to think it actually works.

I've been using the recovery sachets for a couple of weeks now and already feel a difference, seem to be less tired and have more energy compared to a month ago. Great product and received earlier than expected too.

Fantastic service , great products I’m on my third consignment of pre and post recovery sachets . The difference it’s made to a plodding middle age runner is phenomenal, also increasing my strength with the weights. Lifting my energy levels in all activities.

I think this supplement will have definite benefits during periods of increased volume, or focused training, I think fatigue definitely is reduced, and especially for very specific workouts, the sense of focus will be of benefit.

It’s amazing! I used the energy on my versus 5km virtual run and I felt so good and so comfortable so I’m very keen to try it again on the road. The recovery is amazing, it’s help me in focusing to get the work done and helped with my head ache twice!!
