The first thing I noticed was that I was not blowing when I started my ride. It generally takes me 10 minutes to get into the ride. I did a 50 mile ride and on the second half of the ride I felt better than I usually would I felt like I had more energy. This was a ride up Box Hill. I'd be interested to see how I perform on the flat after taking a sachet.

I've been using the Ei8htenergy for a while now and it's brilliant. The science behind it blows my mind a little but all I know is that it helps for my running. It easy to use, simply add the sachet to water and shake and enjoy the energy. Definitely recommend, also the customer service is very friendly.
