This experience has been incredibly life changing and magical for me. I am not the same person I was and I am no longer in the dark and lonely place I once was. I do not want to go back to the person I was in January. Although I liked myself most of the time, and that version of me was compassionate, loving, filled with moxie, and smiled a lot, I had some massive weeds growing in my garden amongst my big bold flowers. While I recognized a lot of the weeds, I didn’t have the effective tools to dig them out and chuck them. Or, I pushed them so far down that I even forgot they were there gnawing on me like The Devil’s Snare’s tendrils. Learning to take the time to listen to God speak to me, trusting my intuition, has allowed me to learn to love myself more than I could have imagined. Meeting my brother again and having him take me to God still brings me to tears. Now knowing that he has been trying to call me for such a long time but I wouldn’t listen – or maybe I didn’t want to listen – has provided me with a stanchion tethering me to God in a way I did not know was possible. After completing the Spiritual Life Coach certification program with Sophie Frabotta, I felt more prepared to start my own coaching business and the healing I experienced during the program was transformational. I don’t even know how to begin to describe what these past 5 months have done for me. It’s hard to put into words because it's such an indescribable feeling. I feel reborn, and more myself than I’ve ever felt in my life. Before this journey I was always looking to “what’s next,” never really feeling satisfied in where I’m at. Here I am, at peace, content and grateful in the present moment. I now have a deeper love and appreciation for myself and that has been so beautiful to watch grow. I do know that I have more work to do in this area, but the foundation is there and my inner dialogue has improved so greatly.
There have been so many aspects of this journey that have impacted me. I feel myself knowing what to do when conflicts arise and trusting myself that I have all my inner answers. Trusting in myself and knowing I have my answers has been such a major shift for me because my whole life I have looked to others for their opinions and what they think I should do, ignoring my intuition and forgetting that it's MY life to live.

Saying YES to this Spiritual Life Coaching program/certification has been a beautiful journey filled with love, joy, compassion, and challenges that truly supported my spiritual growth . When I began this program, I questioned my ability to coach and support those in need. There is so much I have learned about myself since starting the Spiritual Life Coach certification course with Sophie Frabotta. Things I never would have imagined. My inner-child and I are in such a better place now, I've created such a safe and happy space for her. I feel like a different person. I've processed traumas I wasn't aware of and many I knew were there, but didn't know how to handle. There's still work to do, but I'm in a better place. I have dealt with my abandonment issues, which showed me why I grew up being that "tough, independent" girl, acting like I didn't need anyone. My gifts are coming through more clearly. I've overcome my fear of death and I've reconciled my love of Jesus with my spiritual path, seeing that they don't have to be separate. I'm learning to hone some of my other gifts that I wasn't sure what to do with. With Awaken with Sophie's teaching and guidance I believe I have found my true calling.
