The web site was easy to navigate, lots of how-to information was provided and the ordering process was easy. The product was very nice, installation easy and the finished look was great. Delivery was fast and the prices were very reasonable.

Award Blinds is awesome! I was surprised by how quickly they arrived and my roman shades are perfect. My husband accidentally cut one of the cords while installing them, and customer service was wonderful about it. They worked with us to get a new set delivered to us promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I wanted two solar screen shades to go on the inside of my screened porch and not spend a great deal of money. Awards came thru, I got what I needed/wanted for a fair price and they were easy to install. I would buy from them again and recommend for others.

We ordered three blinds and the fabric ordered for backing did not match, I emailed AwardBlinds on a Sunday night and called them Monday to check on email, they had already resolved the problem and in a couple of weeks I got new blinds (that are gorgeous) and asked to donate the ones that didn't match or use them if I could and didn't ask me to return. I recommed this awesome company to everyone that asks about our blinds. My daughter-in-law recently ordered from them and is extremely pleased with her order as well. Thank you AwardBlinds! We are very happy with our new blinds and also with the company's customer service. We were above to proceed with one of windows that did not appear to be a good fit. AwardBlinds called and pointed out to us that it might be better to fit the adjoining window and then order the other window blind. We are glad with did, otherwise we would have had to order twice, the second time to correct our mistake. Good job AwardBlinds!

Samples never arrived. Contact with company for infos and Customer service was extremly rude. I don’t know if it is a shade store or a shadey business. It should be avoided at all cost.

Ordered Twinlight blinds for living and dining rooms. They look fantastic. Awards Blinds did a great job. I received the blinds right on time and the quality is very nice. Getting ready to order from them again. Would definately recommend .

I am so happy with my blinds! The company emailed me to be sure I understood the measuring instructions, they game me a chance to remeasure for a perfect fit. They didn't take long to arrive and the instructions were easy to follow and they were installed in no time. I love the way the sun casts shadows through the trees and throws natures design on to the shade. And all this for an affordable price which I did not find anywhere else. Words can't express how perfect they are.

I communicated with this company and they were very quick to respond and accomodate my change on order. The blinds came super fast. The quality was exceptional. I used to be a blind installer and sales person. So easy to install and highest quality at amazing price. Please don't waste your time ordering from other companies. We ordered 22 sets of blinds from award blinds. They all fit perfectly. The price was great and so was the quality. I highly recommend this company.

I needed shades for my breakfast room. Two windows were the same size and one was smaller. Also, I did not want long shades because the windows are short. The shades were delivered in just a few days to the exact size I ordered. I love the scalloped and fringed edge; well worth the extra $5 each. The shade material is very high quality and since I ordered the room darkening shades, the room remains much cooler than before. I highly recommend Award Blinds.

Product as advertised, price lower than others. Outstanding customer service. We managed to screw up a simple process. We mismeasured by 2 inches. Called the company...a human being answered! The company rep. Described their "Oops policy". It is not as described on their web site...but I think better. We paid their cost to reorder without markup and they paid shipping to us. Couldn't be much fairer than that! Highly recommend this quality company.
