I took a chance when finding Awards.com online, not knowing and not having a history with them. But the workmanship, the professionalism, the communication. And the final product outstanding!! The awards that we needed, and we we received were for public professionals, awarding and rewarding and uplifting, and showing our appreciation for their heroic day-to-day work. And the award that or the final product that we received in the form of an award was stunningly beautiful. It exceeded any idea or anticipated result that could’ve been conjured. What they did was just magnificent and when I say they, I mean, Awards.com. And Jake, who is our support person couldn’t have had a better contact and representative of this company. Very responsive whenever I started a live chat online. Great communication all around and timing was clear on when items were in production/would be received. Awards were left outside at the back location instead of lobby, but they looked amazing and exactly like the template.

Before ordering I was a little nervous, so I called the number and asked a few questions and the gentleman who picked up was wonderful! I really appreciate receiving one free proof with corrections. The award ended up coming faster than expected too!

The shipping arrived on time, which was great and ensured everything was ready for the event. Unfortunately, one of the plaques arrived slightly broken on a corner, and one recipient did not receive their award, which created an awkward situation.

I was able to pick what I wanted and submitted my company logo and it all came out GREAT!!! I did not have to do any edits. The award itself looks amazing! I am very happy with what I got!

Awards has quick responses and turn around times for awards.

When I noticed I was billed for almost $30 more than my invoice stated, I inquired. Apparently I never got the "final" invoice, which included an extra $25 setup fee I was not informed of, which then of course increased the tax.

Production time was relatively slow but it was well packaged and arrived on time.
