Very bad exprance. please don't waste your money. i purchased the lifetime package. after 1 month they close there service. thay didn't update any products. also They have 500 internal server erros in the website. but they didn't fixed it yet.

Appalling service. They take your money and there is no support whatsoever. Their service worked for a while, but now they have gone AWOL.

BEWARE! Do not use.

They didn't updated their website since March 2022. Do not buy any subscription until they fix everything. I have wasted my money on a yearly subscription and got only 2 months of updated content.

I paid in full for lifetime updates, less than a year later, their site is down I see they rebranded and won't acknowledge it, I have all records, can someone please contact christina at getunlabeled

After the middle of March, they didn't update the website. Support is already silent. We already got a lifetime membership and now they stop their services.

Awemark is totally scam don’t pay them otherwise they auto debit your money without your prier notice so please be aware they debited my 60$ twice without any reason after buying premium pack for life time
Now my life time membership account was not opening they are totally fraud they committed to refund me but now they are not replying me anywhere.

DO NOT BUY AT AWEMARK.CO!! IT IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, THIS IS MY STORY:

On April 4, 2021, I purchased a lifetime membership with awemark.co. and I had problems because I could not access or recognize my membership. After much headache everything was fixed.

Now, March 24-28, 2022, my LIFE MEMBERSHIP has been withdrawn again AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. THE INTERNAL WEB MESSAGE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK.

I AM AFRAID I HAVE LOST MY MONEY. I'LL WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AND IF NOT: I'm going to invest in PLUGINTHEME.NET which for $99 offers a lifetime membership. At plugintheme.net they offer many more wordpress plugins and THEY ARE A SERIOUS COMPANY.

At First it was best but now I feel like I invest on wrong items

A full fraud , cheater and very unresponsive in term of their client complaints and quires.. I had a life time Premium Pack account.. but with out any information i have lost it and they are not giving any answer. so please please this is an advise for every one please don't ever buy any member ship or any item from this cheater site.

This shows that it is a scam company that steals money from people who buy their services.

I lost my account (VIP Lifetime) so no free items for me anymore. No response so far from Awemark team.

If there was a zero star I will gladly give it. Very terrible customer support, themes and plugins are usually outdated. The thousands of themes they claim to have are repeated, meaning you will find 5 upload of the same themes. I wouldn't waste my money on them.

FRAUD COMPANY - BUYERS BEWARE

I purchased WordPress plugin package from this company. I made the payment through credit card and it was only a one time purchase.

Surprisingly after 4-5 days my card was again debited without my authorization. I stopped using their service immediately and sent mail to them to refund my total money (both original and unauthorized debit). I have been requesting them to refund my money for so many days but till now I have not received my money back. I did not received replies to any of the emails.

On the chat messenger they told that they are in the process of refunding but till date I have not received my money and they have also stopped replying.

This very well proves that it is a fraud company and steals money from the accounts of people who purchase their services.

Requesting trustpilot to take immediate action against the company and remove this company from your website. Seems like the positive reviews given here are also false. I can say this based on my experience. I also got deceived after reading positive reviews here.

If they can steal money from your account then the plugins they are selling also cannot be trusted. They can also be corrupted with virus and malwares.

I will be reporting this company on more forums so that other people can be saved timely.
