It is very reliable, always up to date, and they have excellent support.

I fell for an engaging advertisement at the end of February 2021. They were advertising WP plugin and template lifetime packages for $49. 99

It seemed advantageous, so I bought the $ 49.99-lifetime package on March 1, 2021. However, when I wanted to use the plugins, I found out that they are the free versions available at WordPress Plugins. When I complained, they asked me to give them access through a temporary link to my website to configure the plugins I wanted to install.

This practice was not very reassuring to me as I'm aware one could do anything to my website if I gave them such access. So, of course, I did not let them into my website. Actually, I wouldn't let anybody, and I never downloaded anything from them again. (I tried to download 2-3 plugins and two images when I bought them, but I deleted them from my computer).

I have not reaccessed my account or requested a refund, I simply had the feeling that it was a mistake to purchase. I was very sorry for the money I had thrown away, but I have not given it any further thought.

However, on February 14, 2022, I received the following system message from them with a link: "Your account with WP-PREMIUM PACK needs to be verified before you can access your purchase history."

I logged in, checked my purchase history, and to my utter dismay, I found an $89.99-lifetime package order with a serial number. I have not logged into their platform once in the last year, and it makes sense that I have not ordered anything from them. However, my order from March 1, 2021, was not on their open invoice history. I, of course, have a receipt for that transaction.

I looked at their current bundles and saw that the $49.99 package sold as a lifetime last year has become a yearly plan, and the lifetime has increased to $89.99. That is what I was billed. (However, this second amount was not deducted from my credit card, but I did not understand the basis on which I received such notification).

I have complained to support.

I also don't see the option I had last year to cancel my membership on their site.

I am currently waiting for their feedback, but I plan legal action in the meantime. And, of course, I try to share my negative experiences on as many consumer protection platforms and online communities as possible.

UPDATE

The company responded very quickly, within cca half an hour; I appreciated that. I asked them to close my account because I didn't see how - they closed it - I enjoyed that too. What I will appreciate most from them is that in the future, I will not lose $89.99 on my credit card for an order which I haven't made.

I don't know what to say about the service itself in light of the above. Maybe I am wrong; I am taking a wait-and-see position for now.

I purchased my lifetime subscription in 2019 and everything seemed fine but an year later they informed that my lifetime subscription will expire in a few days. Now I have no active subscription though i purchased lifetime subscription. Scammers. Stay away please!
