They don't care and won't respond to…

They don't care and won't respond to you once they have your money 🤬
At best, they take hours to respond, but mostly it's days or weeks, or never...
They also rarely update anything, and so many themes and plugins have actually been discontinued by their developers, but they're still on WP Premium Pack's website.
The automatic plugin updater hasn't worked for ages, and they keep saying it will be updated in a few weeks time, so it's pointless buying it.
There are other much better GPL providers, where they actually respond to customers!

Fake and Scam Website

Very very poor response from this site. Nothing can be downloaded. I am waiting since couple of weeks and my queries are still un-responded. They are deceiving and stealing money of innocent people. It's totally fake and scam website. Google must block it. Even Trustpilot should not allow such scam websites to get reviews on their website.

i have a subscription from start of…

i have a subscription from start of this website when they have 3500 theme
the files are clear, fast downloads, many themes and stuff..
but when they updates a website and add more 28000 files when change the subscription policy and limit my account, i contact the live chat and they respond professional and offer me a full access to files with a extra amount.
they should offer me it for free as i'm a user from start but over all the benefit from the account it worth the fee

Great When Online

I have this service now over a year. In this time they have upgraded their websites 3 times, and every time they have been down for 5 to 10 days without any feedback, Help or assistance available.

When they are online, their help and feedback are great.
