Plugins are all working perfectly
Plugins are all working perfectly. I've been using their plugins for over a year and I did not encounter any issue. Chat support is very responsive as well. I am able to use the full potential of the plugin and theme including importing demo's and extensions. I have ask developers and I did it myself as well but I did not see any bugs or malwares that could potentially hurt the website.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I had purchased the lifetime access and Lifetime update plan from them in Jun 2020. Had a little chat before purchasing they said the plan of lifetime access is a one time payment option and i wont have to pay anything later. Now the portals says i have a invalid account also cannot download any flies other than free one and the messenger support where they had follow up before i paid dosent even give a damn to your problems.
