Scammers. Two months since I ordered service and they lied they will give me a dedicated server and then gave me shared hosting, where 14 other sites are hosted. They said they refunded me with fake, photoshopped screenshots, and Stripe officially mentioned on their site that it will take 5-10 days for the refund and these guys said 25-30 days, okay I waited for 30 days and still I am yet to get a refund. Now, they don't respond. I have all the proof if anyone wants to see it. Screenshots, the way they respond after making the payment, everything. I don't want to ruin their business, but they are not up to it. They don't care about the payment. Guys, respond to me and do the needful ASAP.

Very reasonable and cheap prices and the library is extensive. I have noticed that updates are very fast and I always find new updates uploaded to the library at a fast rate.

Mailed On The Provided Email, No Reply Since Then.
Tried Connecting On Facebook Chat, Just Receiving Annoying Automated Response But No One To Solve My Issue.
I Bought Platinum Lifetime Membership With Lifetime Updates On 29th Of October.
It Was Working Fine Few Days Ago And Now When I Am Logging In, I Am Getting A Message That I Don't Have A Membership Yet. Seriously!
I Have A Project To Complete For One Of My Client But Due To This Irrelevant Issue And Unresponsive Customer Support Facing Delay As I Can Not Download Any Plugin Or Theme.
Disappointed, Before Proceeding With Payment I Was Getting Quick Response And Now Not A Single Reply.

***UPDATE* They Did Response To Me Finally And Resolved My Issue Within 6 Hours But Please Try To Improve Your support To Be More Efficient :)
