AWFUL BITTER ® 

If I could give this company 0 stars, trust me, I would. They are scammers. I ordered 2 bikinis in May of 2019. I have yet to receive them and it’s been almost a year. We exchanged emails about the order in the beginning and I was told that they were just behind in packaging and that I would get my package ASAP. They also said they labeled my package as express which I’m convinced is incorrect. They charged me $30 for 2 bikinis, which I thought was a bad dead considering how expensive bikinis can be. Do NOT order from Awful Bitter. It even says it in the name, they are AWFUL. Never again!

Honestly a great experience, ordered some bikinis for my vacation emailed them about it and it got expressed shipped to me got the bikinis in a week

Somtimes you don't receive your product, like I didn't. They stop answering you by e-mail, and that's how you get robbed.. Don't trust it

this is worse than bad. i ordered a bathing suit over ONE YEAR AGO and have yet to receive it, a refund or an explanation because they stopped returning my emails. i plan to get the police involved as my dad is a cop. this is a scam and not right.

This company is a scam and a half. I ordered bathing suits in July of 2019. It is now 2020; I have received 0 e-mails back regarding my order. The chance of ever getting even a penny of my money back is highly unlikely. Thanks for bending me over and f***ng me, AWFUL BITTER.<<3333

Ordered suits in May and it is now November. Still haven’t received the suits. They blame their courier and stopped responding when I asked for a refund!!! Do not order from this company they are true to their name, AWFUL!

I can't even rate this sorry a** company. My granddaughter had me to order 4 swimsuits. She was going on vacation in August. We ordered on July 12th 2019. Still had not gotten a refund back. I don't want the merchandise. This site is sorry. You take hard people money. How do you sleep at night? What goes around definitely comes back to you. People write and put bad reviews. Can't call the company. You have to keep writing. Then you might not get a response. Whoever behind this SCAM!!! Just return people their money back. Your merchandise looks CHEAP anyway. Sorry A** PEOPLE TO STEAL FROM OTHERS. ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. WRITING REVIEWS THEY DON'T CARE. START REPORTING THEM!!!! I AM!!!

Horrible! Don’t do it!
Ordered two swimsuits in July and never received them. In my first email, was told they were having issues with shipment. Have tried to contact them again few times now and have received no reply or refund. If you can’t give me my order, then give me my money back! It’s called stealing!

I ordered 2 bikini’s on June 1st and I have yet to receive my order. It’s been 4 months, I have been emailing them for a refund and no response. Absolutely terrible. This is what happens when you order from a cheap website. Never again!

This company is BEYOND shady!!! Have them wiggle room since the bathing suits were so cheap, HOWEVER I ordered way way back in June and it’s now October?!?!? I wonder where my stuff went? Sooo I guess I’m the clown because I gave them my money and have yet to get my stuff! HAHAH DONT BUY FROM THEM

My boyfriend ordered 4 swimsuits for me from this company and it went swimmingly. It took about a month to receive the product which we were fine with being that they were only $10 each. The second time around was when the issue happened. I purchased 2 bathing suits and when I emailed about how long shipping would take, they responded oddly; asking me to provide information I had already provided, as if they hadn't bothered to read the previous short email. Even then they only provided a link to their website's order confirmation page. Eventually after a month of ignored emails and social media outreach, I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction as no product was ever received. I understand if they are having a hard time accommodating the demand for the cheap swimsuits, but they could at the very minimum have a customer service representative answer questions.

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! It's all a scam! I ordered a swimsuit back in May. It's September now. Guess the name of the "company" makes sense.

I ORDERED A FEW BATHINGS SUITS MAY 28 IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 22 ALMOST 4 MONTHS AND NOTHING I HAVE EMAILED THEM SINCE IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS WITHOUT THE PACKAGE AND I GET THE SAME RESPONSE. BULLSH*T

The costumer service was terrible I haven't received my package in 2 months and I emailed them to give me my money back about a month ago and I never got a response back.

Lollll I’m awful bitter about how sh!t this brand is.
I ordered 8 suits in May, they didn’t arrive for two months, during which time I was constantly emailing them for updates and asking to cancel the order and get a refund if it wouldn’t come before my holiday. Same vague replies as everyone else, and eventually I asked to cancel the order, being told I would receive an email notification when the refund was processed.
It’s September and I haven’t received a refund or the order and they’ve started to ignore my emails ✌️ Love that for me. Believe the reviews on here - they are proper scam artists.

0 STARS! Not delivered in timely manner. Took 1 month to deliver. Cheap swim suits. Not true to size. They lie about refunding you back when you return. 4 months later and they’re “customer service” email is saying they normally do refunds for orders by batch. Hopefully Karma comes back for that scammer running the site.

Don’t not order from them..... I ordered 8 swimsuits and never got them and never got a refund. On top of that I got the same email that they were having courier issues. This has got to stop with these guys. They are making a killing of our hard earned money and we aren’t getting the product or refund in return.

This company is HORRIBLE! I ORDERED A SWIMSUIT IN JUNE IT IS NOW THE END OF JULY AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT!! This company is a SCAM! SHI++y a$$ PEOPLE!! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING!!!

This is the worst company I had
Purchased from, I order my 5 bathing suits on May hoping I would be able to use them on summer time, but the summer season passed & yet my items have not arrived or even receive the tracking number. I have emailed this company plenty of times & they just keep telling me the items are on customs or that they have some issues. Honestly this is Awful, never again will I bother looking to do business with them.

Waited over 2 months for the bikini I ordered to arrive before emailing them. They gave me the vague answer as to where it was as they gave everyone else. This is not a real website and they do not have real reviews on their site. After emailing them another 2 times, both times requesting a refund, they ignored my request to give me a refund and told me they were having courier issues just like they told everyone else.
