When you buy an electric bike, especially a Chinese produced one, the first thing you need is a UK based supplier you can talk to, who will help you and you can trust. Some suppliers will give advice over the phone but many will be hard to contact once the purchase has been made. I knew there might be problems with my Hitway bike so I took it out and thrashed it to death. And had the time of my life. But there were electrical problems. The guys at Boost Electric send me new parts pronto and we eventually found a fault in the battery which was replaced within a week. So now I have a bike I love to bits and can take anywhere and have a blast. So thanks Boost Electric for your honesty and integrity. As an ebike enthusiast I can recommend this company 100%.
