We have furnished a whole 5 bedroom house from here. The furniture is stylish and different and affordable, the service is great, very friendly but not pushy. I would recommend that you check it out as you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to buy a set of Wellington drawers to match my current furniture bought from this store
I phoned to check what they had, professionally advised so went to store where I was warmly welcomed, the peace of furniture displayed for me and at an excellent price.
So purchased and assistance loading into car for me.

Chandlers Ford store
Always a pleasure to deal with A World of Furniture. Great quality goods at really good prices. Friendly, helpful teams at the store and delivery. One of the team even FaceTimed us after our visit so we could see the furniture again. 😀

"Great Store to Shop"
Really good choice of furniture, we purchased two settees. No pressure to buy had a good lookaround at lots of settee's the young man who served us was very good. Said we would go and have a coffee and think about it. He said he wanted all customers to be sure of their purchase.
Went back and bought the two settees. Very Happy did not have to pay full amount upfront like many other stores. Delivered on time and the chaps who came put the feet on both settee's couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend the store in Salisbury. Great place to shop.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Lots of great furniture in store at fantastic prices. No pressure to buy, but staff welcoming and very helpful. Bought 2 reclining sofas and highly satisfied. Delivery was spot on and very friendly. Installed and ready to go.
Would recommend them for all your furnishings needs.

Fantastic service!!
We purchased some oak bedroom furniture last year and was so pleased with everything. The sales and delivery team were brilliant! We have since purchased lounge oak furniture. Also the team were amazing when deciding on colour for our suite and accent chair......really went above and beyond to get colours we wanted. We knew it would be a bit of a tight squeeze getting it in, but the guys did it with no fuss or problem. I would highly recommend A World Of Furniture for their quality and excellent service!!

Chandlers Ford store.
I have been to the Chandlers Ford store on quite a few occasions & always find the staff helpful. They leave you to browse at your own pace, but are always available if you require any assistance.
I have purchased various pieces & I am generally kept up to date on ETA's & delivery dates.
I have also recommended them to my friends & family, who have also been happy with their purchases & the service they received.
A great place to visit if you want something a little unusual.

Fantastic store with excellent staff
We have bought many items of furniture from this store and previously the Salisbury store including a leather sofa over 20 years ago, which is still going strong.
We have always found the staff both in the store and delivering the furniture friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
We have never had any issues and have recommended the Chandlers Ford store to many others who have also been very impressed.
They have some very unusual items at very reasonable prices - a great store to visit.
Most recently we bought an ottoman bed with mattress, however when it was delivered the mattress was too high for the bed in quite a small bedroom.
Once again, this was resolved with no hassle.
The delivery men collected the unwanted mattress a couple of days later which allowed us to purchase a more suitable mattress, once again from the same store.

The sideboard is amazing
The sideboard is amazing. So well made and delivered with care. There was an issue with an anomaly in the shelf, which was sorted in three days. Would heartily recommend the company and we WILL be using them again. Amazing - thanks guys!

We found this store by accident and fell in love with the electic furniture available, there is something for all tastes. The service was excellent and delivery was exceptional, the delivery people went above and beyond. We will definitely shop there again.

Customer Service Second to None.
We ordered two sofas from them and found the selection experience a pleasure due to the helpful staff. We had just come from another local furniture retailer, located opposite the Chandlers Fords Store, where we left rather disappointed. To be blunt, the difference in customer service was startling. Staff at World of Furniture were helpful and happy to answer our many questions, sadly not our experience at the previous store. When the sofas arrived, on time, one had a very small blemish, but the service and support from Kev at World of Furniture was second to none. As another reviewer has commented, the measure of a company is how well they respond to a problem, and in this regard, World of Furniture are an excellent company, who I would unreservedly recommend
