Amazing service
Amazing service. So incredibly helpful. We had not been to this store before but we would definitely go back for all our furniture needs.
And we are so happy with the bar stools we bought - really good quality and very comfy. But it was the service that really sold us!

after sales service
The mark of a company worth recommending to others is their after sales service, my wife and i had a problem with furniture we purchased from World Of Furniture Poole Dorset. The staff, Ben, John and Barry owned the problem from day one and provided exceptional help to resolve our issues. Absolutely 5 stars. Many thanks Roger Hall

Helpful problem solving nothing to much trouble.
I had a "tree base" table delivered 14 Feb 24 I realised it was going to be a tight fit going through doors etc but the delivery team were great they carried it round the house and through the double doors then taking a door off maneuvered it into the dinning room with a real can do attitude. Later I discovered a fault / scrape in the glass (not caused by the delivery) I called the store they immediately said it would be swapped . All the staff I have spoken with, are polite and responsive. Its not about problems as they can always happen its about how the staff responded to them which so far has been great.

Avoid like the plague!
Went to the Chandlers Ford branch for some new furniture....and wished we hadn't. Bought a sideboard which turned up with a door that wouldn't stay closed. The replacement that arrived -a week later- was even worse. I'd taken the day off work and asked that the replacement was checked by the warehouse manager, which could not have happened as two of the doors were badly aligned, one of which was difficult to close and had rubbed off all the lacquer, not to mention a split in the wood on the top. Just received the third replacement, which is fine - but its taken almost a month from first delivery to receive a decent one. Customer Service was disgusting, as no one (not even the Store Manager) ever called me to apologise or let me know of any progress - shocking experience....we won't be going back! PS please excuse the one star rating, as I can't select zero.

Highly Recommended…
Our whole house is full of their furniture and we never go anywhere else. It is good value, solidly made and there is a good choice of products. Add into that they go the extra mile to help you out especially with delivery, putting it exactly where you want it and if necessary moving things out of the way. Excellent service and helpful friendly staff.

Excellent, but cold
We visited the Poole store. Excellent ranges of very good furniture. Extremely well displayed. Very helpful staff. Very good delivery arrangements. We have used the chairs for a couple of days now and are very happy with them so far. One word of warning though the majority of the store has no heating and the rest only a little. I went in a light coat and froze. If I had known I would have worn a warmer coat and enjoyed the visit much more.

If I could use more stars I would
If I could use more stars I would! This company is fantastic. The best customer service we have received. They keep you informed of delivery date and time of delivery. We had new furniture delivered this morning and the lovely guys delivering went above and beyond the job role. Extremely caring and very good at moving the furniture from the van into the designated room and without chipping any wood work or paint. Absolutely brilliant. Love going into the shop and looking around and viewing a great selection of furniture and other items. Thank you very much World of Furniture from two very happy customers.

Keep local.
Went to this store and website after being let down by a national supplier. Very impressed with choice and range of items, went into the showroom to have a close look and returned home to order online - within a hour of order I received a telephone call with confirmation of the items were in stock and asking me what days would be convenient to deliver. Bearing in mind this was at the beginning of December when we had been let down by the national company who couldn't deliver and order placed in August. On the day of delivery a phone call saying they were 30 minutes away, everything delivered and placed in situ. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
