Job to find the source of a water leak in our home was done very competently. However, it took a little longer than expected for an estimate for the required repair work to be provided.

Andrew arrived promptly and efficiently serviced our gas boiler system. He drained and checked the radiators, replaced a defective TRV, refilled system with necessary additive and ensured all was functioning correctly, including the carbon monoxide alarm. He took the trouble to explain the working of the boiler and his actions, we are very satisfied and will use AWPS again.

I had a. Emergency and after calling other plumbers, AWPS literally were life savers. My issue was sorted out very quickly at a price that was worth it. I didn’t have to wait for parts. The customer service was amazing too.

We had trouble with the overflow from the tank in our loft. The response was very quick and effectively sorted out.

Andrew has been with us a couple of times. At first I was not sure but I recognized him immediately - professional approach to the matter, a nice, kind person, he is always there to help. Recently, I asked him to move my gas stove from the kitchen to the utility room. as always, Andrew proved to be helpful and irreplaceable. additionally, the possibility of calling at any time of the day or night gives me a sense of security and support on his part. Next Monday, he will be at my home again, he will check the gas heater and connect the gas after the renovation of the house and as usual I could count on him. Thank you Andrew for your prompt response and support. you're irreplaceable!

First time using AWPS. Arrived on time. Very friendly guy, knows his stuff! Found and repaired a fault in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend AWPS and will use them again in the future.

We are using A. White Plumbing Service for the last couple of years for the Anual Gas Safety Check of the combi boiler and every time is a great experience. We will also use the A. White for any emergency plumbing issue that may occur at our property.

Andrew arrived on time and quickly replaced a faulty part on our oil fired boiler. Can't fault his work at all. The boiler is working fine now!

Andrew was available straight away to come and fix my boiler and had it fixed within the hour. We was lucky the new fan was in stock for such an old boiler. We discussed the options on future replacement left it as is, nothing needs replacing for a few years yet. Thanks for the fast fix.

Excellent service from Andy. Reliable and quick to respond . One slight hiccup but nothing to do with the work he did . Our house is now warm and toasty for the first time in ages … so much so that we had to turn the thermostat down! Hopefully we will make some savings on our heating bills now.
