Disappointed in the quality of the trainers
I’m really upset about these trainers. I love how they look and feel (hence the one star above the minimum), but after just 5 months of wear they started ripping at the back, and the sole began coming unglued at the side.
Customer service refused to believe I’d only worn them for 5 months, instead counting the time between purchase and my complaint as 10 months of “wear.” Even if that were true, this level of damage still wouldn’t be acceptable.
They dismissed it as normal wear and tear and closed the case. I’m fuming — completely unacceptable for the price point.
I really wish I’d read the reviews beforehand.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The trainers I ordered were delivered to my front doorstep and were subsequently stolen. Axel Arigato have confirmed that they take no responsibility for this as in their view the package was successfully delivered. Very concerning that a £225 pair of trainers delivered on a front doorstep (without my permission) in clear sight of a busy road is deemed as successful delivery. On top of this there was no communication to confirm the trainers were being delivered when they were. Will never be shopping here again.

Premium pricing for total junk
I bought these shoes expecting luxury quality, but they started falling apart after less than two weeks. The glue is giving up and the soles are peeling off already. To make it worse, I paid extra to swap for white laces, and they arrived dirty. How does that happen at this price point?
I contacted support with photos of the damage. Instead of helping, they forced me to send even more pictures, like they were trying to prove me wrong. Now, they claim they have a straightforward return process, but that is not true. They refuse to offer a simple collection, so I have to do all the heavy lifting myself: packing it up, printing labels, and finding a post office. Worst of all, I am still waiting for the return label they promised to send days ago.
I am not interested in jumping through more hoops. I paid for a premium product that failed in under two weeks. I need this sorted out immediately.

Very disappointing experience
My order (around $700) was marked as delivered with a “Met Customer” status, but I never received it and was not home at the time.
There was no clear proof of delivery, and when I reached out for help, the process was frustrating and not very supportive. Overall, I’m really disappointed with how this was handled. Customer service kept insisting on me signing a document to even take a look...very unusual process.

Top notch for style and delivery
Top notch for style and delivery. This is my 5th pair they are comfortable and cool as! the pair I bought before this pair white with black fabric genesis vintage runner I wiped down with a damp cloth and the black ran into the white. I’ve used crep spray on this pair and it seems to have worked. After a night out still like new 👌🏻So follow guidelines of manufacturer!
