Company not responding at all, can’t be contacted
I ordered replacement tips for my device on 4/12/2024. After weeks of no updates, I reach out to their help email and it was undeliverable. I responded to the order email, also undeliverable. I went on to their website (which seems to still be falsely selling products and stealing people’s money) and even their help center wasn’t operational! Seems like they are just taking money.
My device’s charger stopped working…
My device’s charger stopped working seven months after purchase. I have written a dozen emails to their help center and have never received a single reply. Do not do business with this company, they take the money and sell defective and inferior goods.
Completely stopped responding and will not credit me
Completely stopped responding when they got my returned item, and will not credit me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have followed up multiple times and they have ghosted me. They have my returned item and no response or credit. Disputing with my credit card company. I have been trying to resolve this with them directly since January.
Unresponsive Customer Support for Broken Device
My Axel Glade stopped charging after only 6 months. I have sent 5 emails to customer service and only got one response asking if I was using the right charging cable. I responded that I was and sent 3 follow up emails with no response. Hopefully your device works, but if it doesn't don't count on any help!
Spades lasted 10-11 months each, one replacement
The Spade device itself was useful, if prone to the odd freezing of the picture (to be fair, this could well have been my phone). However, the first broke down after 11 months. It was replaced free of charge, which was good, but the second only lasted 10 months, and this time I received radio silence when I contacted them. Was only occasional use for both.

After a year my Axel Glade camera quit working. I contacted customer service and said because it was over a year old, it was out of warranty. They said they would have someone from support help me. NO HELP so I am stuck with a $100 piece of crap. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I loved Axel Glade…until they STOPPED selling and producing the annular ear picks. The comment below verified everything I needed to know about them. I also purchased replacement ear picks and they do not fit to the older Spade model. Disappointing.

On my 1st bot the acts of late in January 2022 I was excited about cleaning my ears. I loved the annular pick! Now I'm disappointed because they haven't made any refills for sale. The little shovels do not clean well. The annular would scrape out all the access was in my ear. Another thing I found disappointing was now even the little refill shovels they sell on line are only compatible with Axel Glades purchased after 10/2022. I've reached out several times to a representative about getting annular pics and the last one I spoke to said they probably won't make anymore. So now this $88 item will eventually be totally useless.

I bought the Spade a few years ago, and my Q-tips ran out, so I tried to go to their website to see the option, but every item ships from the USA; I live in the UK, so shipping costs are crazy high.
I reach out to the Axel Glade Facebook page, tell them my problems, and they respond to me quickly and wipe the shipping cost out.
True story, so I give it five stars.

I had a baffling issue with my Spade and the support team helped me solve it. Not only was their response timely, but they stuck with me through repeated emails and pictures back and forth until the issue was resolved.

AMAZING customer service!
Axel Glade has amazing customer service. I purchased this gift for my husband thinking he would like it, but he kindly informed me this product was not one he would use. I emailed customer service looking for a return and noticed that they did not send me a prepaid label despite the website stating that they offered free 60-day returns. I was informed by customer service that that only applies to malfunctioning products, but said they understood why I was misled and sent me a prepaid label anyways. They were so considerate and kind in helping me, and I appreciated it so much! I wish everyone had customer service like this.
