Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the website, describing it as difficult to navigate and prone to freezing or blocking users as bots. Customers also frequently encountered issues with the app, finding it unreliable and often unable to display tickets or process information correctly. The payment process was a major source of frustration, with many reporting difficulties in completing transactions or receiving refunds. Reviewers consistently highlighted the lack of effective customer service, noting the absence of human contact options, unresponsive helplines, and unhelpful chatbots. Some people also experienced problems with updating personal information like phone numbers, which further complicated their ability to access tickets or manage their accounts.

RHS stop using them

Had to use them to buy RHS show tickets. 3 times it told me I was a bot, probably because I was clicking too fast and kicked me out! You have to download the app because they don't provide etickets. Horrible experience. Will not be going to any more RHS shows if they don't change ticket providers.

Why on earth are the RHS using AXS

Why on earth are the RHS using this dreadful company to book the Hampton Court Flower Show through? Dreadful non human contact and complete lack of advice. Expect you to be a computer programming expert just to be able to book tickets. RHS - you are losing money, if hundreds of people like us, just gave up trying. Even the helpdesk and customer service phone numbers are not in use. If I could have given zero I would have.

Holding money from my ticket sale too long

I sold my tickets on axs over 15 working days ago. (6th July) Their terms and conditions say they will transfer the money within 10 working days if the sale. I called to complain and they said it would be transferred the following day. This hasn't happened either!
Terrible. And meanwhile the money accrued interest. Lucky them.

I bought a ticket for Billie Eilish…

I bought a ticket for Billie Eilish concert on the AXS website one year in advance. Now, I just can't access my account and my my ticket. They say they can't unblock my IP in Portugal. But when I bought the ticket I was in Portugal and there was no problem. Now, I need to resale my ticket and I have tried a number of times to settle this with the support but they always suggest to use another device, but they don't give a solution. And none of my devices is working.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service, in every way possible the most useless product ever, you might as well throw your money out of the window. Website keeps freezing up, app keeps crashing, settings on the app are unstable, basic login reset is not even working. Off course no proper customer support, only useless robot chats that are set up to steer you away from customer interaction, referring you to basic Q&A's only. Really the first time in my life that I decide to post a review so to warn others against future experiences.

VIP!!!?????

Used this rip off app to purchase VIP Package for front row at O2 Arena. Not sure what was VIP, picked up a merchandise bag that had 4 badges and a contraption which I haven't a clue what it is. No hat t-shirt parking food drink VIP area, nothing you would expect paying for a privilege ticket package.

Customer Service Gone Dark

I've labored for three days trying to get on touch with customer service. Their live chat has been disabled during operating hours for two days running in the US and UK. Positively awful service.

Extremely bad app and follow up

Extremely bad app and follow up. I bought tickets online and when I downloaded the App couldnt get the code sent to my phone number (for the tickets) despite following all recommended steps from Chatbot. Save for going to the Venue in person! Avoid at all costs.
I also emailed the email address which bounced back as 'invalid'. That is where these emails go also.

Don't get robbed by this scam site. They will delete tickets you pay for and offer no customer service

There is no customer service. I recently had my card go missing so I tried to update it on the site to keep from losing a ticket I bought on a payment plan but it didn't do anything, the ticket was removed. I've tried emailing, facebook messaging, calling (the number they list is a scam it's closed no matter when you contact them). Use ticketmaster or stub hub, they will steal your money.

On the venue site I chose seats but…

On the venue site I chose seats but when I click add to cart it kept saying tickets not available or it timed out in less than 2 seconds. I google searched the exact section and seats I wanted and AXS came up. I purchased through them. However, I downloaded app and noticed the tickets were $3.00 each ticket more on app than on their website on the laptop. I purchased using laptop.

I have bought 2 tickets for an event…

I have bought 2 tickets for an event near me in November through the AXS website. Since I used this website I have a virus on my phone since. Having now read reviews of AXS on Trustpilot I am worried that I won't receive these tickets causing me anxiety. Time will tell what will happen.

Cancelled my tickets without telling me and now banned me from OTHER ticket services.

AVOID! I've been banned from buying tickets from other platforms by them! I can't see this company as anything but a scam.
I bought tickets to see Ghost in Vegas in 2024. They arrived to the app.
A week later they were missing from my app. I wrote to the app company and they sent me a screen shot saying the seller had cancelled my 2 tickets. No explanation was available. They suggested I reach out the seller. They were very casual, not a cut and paste email.
I reached out to the seller, AXS, asking what was going on. They told me to reboot the app, cause the tickets were there. Cut and paste e-mail, with smileys. Well, I was on both my app and the computer and had the email from the app, which I told them. Denied I was telling them the truth, again. So I sent them the e-mail. I got a very impersonal "thank you" with more smiley faces. So not professional.
I reached out days later and asked for an update. I was told they'd transfer my concern to investigation. I said I just wanted the tickets returned or a refund. Mistakes happen, right? Wait to hear from investigation I was told. Now all these emails were from different people with Indian names.
A week later no response so I wrote again. Oh, they were sending it to a higher level investigation, wait, I was told. No response days later. I wrote again. Its going to an even higher level of investigation, I was told.
I waited again, deliberately let the deadline for refunds pass. I said at this point I just wanted a refund and screen shot their refund policy from their website. Oh, it was being investigated I was told, but they could make this a priority. I'd never heard from them, I pointed out, and I was now on the third tier of an investigation, but their own refund policy had been passed. I was due a refund, particularly since this was the company that cancelled the show. It was now over a month since I discovered the tickets gone.
While I also had bought insurance for the tickets as they were for my wedding day. Won't waste time on insurance again.
The response was that AXS didn't sell the tickets so they couldn't do anything.
Excuse me? So why have we been talking for a month? Why not tell me that a month ago and refer me to the correct company? I still don't know who the "real" seller is.
So, I reached out to my bank, explained I wanted my $500+ back. They opened a fraud claim and I sent them the 44 pages of e-mails between me and AXS. Refunded that day. I ended up buying tickets direct from the venue for $300 less. Hint - buy direct if you can.
2 months later 2 MORE tickets showed up in my app. I wrote to AXS saying these weren't my tickets, mine had been refunded, so these must belong to someone else. Never heard back! I didn't push contact, as I was worried I'd lose all my tickets again!
(Note: I had a friend who went to a show with me and he had issues with AXS with his tickets supposedly having not been processed, even though he got an e-mail that said they were ... and we were in line for the show trying to fix this!)
Now, I believe I waited enough and was given the runaround. When it came down to them breaking their own refund policy, suddenly I was talking to the wrong company and no refund on the horizon. Just cut and paste e-mails with smiley faces from India.
If you're the middle man, than you're the right company. You may have a different person handling the money, but if I go to a restaurant and they mess up my order I don't call up Square who runs the credit card machine.
Fast forward 8 months. I go to Vistaticket to buy tickets in a different city for a different show. I get an e-mail back "We can't accept orders from individuals who attempted to withhold payment for previous tickets orders from us or another company in our industry" So I have been blackballed from buying tickets from at least one company cause I wanted a refund for an item that was cancelled by AXS. I know this is the case as I've not bought tickets for anything else.
Its due to this blackballing I felt obligated to call out AXS for their shoddy business and now slandering my reputation, seeking revenge cause I didn't let them keep my money when I have a right to a refund. Now one might argue I should have waited even long, forget any refund policy, but I feel if a company cancels your tickets and doesn't tell you, and then isn't forthcoming with a refund that's already a problem. I would not have know the tickets were cancelled until I showed up at the venue, had for some reason I decided to check the app. I'd checked it once and they were there, and then gone. No e-mail forthcoming. Right out the door that's a problem, regardless of what follows.
I still have the 44 pages of e-mails for anyone who wishes to see what happened.

I have been charged £200+ for nothing

I have been charged £200+, for tickets that haven't been sent. Contact centre is a really bad joke, can't get anyone to resolve this. It will have to be small claims court and contact trading standards. Took my money in a heart beat after that they couldn't care less. Truly shocking!
