Impossible to talk to a human. Can’t tell when or how my ticket will be received. App is useless and just says “tickets will issued near the date” just not good enough waiting around and what if the tickets Ant should there is no one you can contact a short notice. I tried to chat feature and it’s virtually impossible to talk to a human.

AXS App did not work. Access to ticket not possible. Additionally, AXS is asking to much private information to run the Mobile App. Legal in EU?

Absolutely dreadful for the second year running trying unsuccessfully to get my ticket for RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Wasted time downloading deleting and redownloading app. Trying to change password, etc. I have written to RHS asking why they use this useless provider. I want simple reliable access to the ticket I paid £104 for months ago. Not be held hostage by this 3rd party. Member of RHS
