Impressive Response

I had an issue regarding a refund for a cancelled show ( Peter Kay) in May 2026 that had been rescheduled to a date we could not attend. AXS dealt with my request promptly and politely within 24 hours, and my full refund arrived 3 days later!
Very impressed.

Zero help from their customer service. No refund for a rescheduled event.

AXS rejected to refund my ticket for a rescheduled event. They don't take any responsibility, just selling tickets.
The live chat (with a live agent) was unprofessional. I didn't even get a "sorry". While I had to provide all my details during the chat, the agent didn't bother to give his/her first name or a screen name at least. The chat was impersonal.
It's not my fault that the concert has been rescheduled and I have other program on that day (and week).
I won't ever buy any ticket through this ticket service provider. That was the first time and the last I tried them. I will use Ticketmaster who is much more helpful.

Bad system good customer support

The app and system is so bad honestly i am contacting customer support everytime to be able to access my account because of how poor the system is (failure to send OTP when it requires one, saying incorrect password when it’s right, etc, endless login issues) but customer support has helped me to resolve this twice. Thanks to them.

I had accessible tickets for Sammy…

I had accessible tickets for Sammy Hagar at Leeds via this company which was cancelled, they sent me a resale link for Manchester apollo, however when I used this link there were no options for accessibility so I panicked and got to tickets for me and my girlfriend, I then contacted AXS which is one of the hardest things to do, as their app and website send you round in very large circles, They said I needed to contact Apollo for Accessibility who have advised me to get a refund from AXS and Apollo will issue me accessibility tickets, what's very concerning is that AXS knew we needed Accessibility tickets and should have advised us to contact the venue directly, I shall continue to try to find a way to request a refund, but I fear that every avenue will lead back to the beginning...

Website is a joke

Website is a joke. tried to get tickets today and wouldn't let me through, claimed suspicious activity even though I only tried through laptop and did not use any VPNs. Missed out on artist pre sale.

I couldn't spot the email with etickets…

I couldn't spot the email with etickets and I had to get in touch with customer service. To no avail, the phones were hopeless as no one to speak to. In saying that, its a round about route to get to send an email. Eventually, I found it - someone who is not so technical minded! Once I got to email, Kerry contacted me and supported me. Please do thank her for calming my anxieties as with all the security checks of addresses and emails. It felt on top of me last few days! Thanks Kerry. Suggestion to please make a phone available for customer service. Kind regards Kirk
