Fantastic company, definitely recommend them.
I wanted an item that was out of stock. They informed me when it was back in stock and I was able to order it easily through the website. I have used this website before and was really pleased with their prices and their efficiency in processing orders. I will definitely be using them again and consider them A* for service.

Very disappointed as ordered items needed for an overseas trip in plenty of time and they let me down. After a week waiting for delivery I emailed to ask the status and they emailed back to say they have cancelled the order as requested - I only asked the order status and now do not have much time to source alternative supplier. Will not use them again.

Great customer service
Medication was a bit delayed in delivery, but after communication with customer service they refunded the postage cost as it was supposed to be 2-5 days delivery but ended up being 9 days. Very good customer service!

It took them 5 days just to book postage with royal mail. The parcel isn’t even in the royal mail network yet.
Avoid this company if you need anything within 2 weeks.

This company's service quality significantly deteriorates post-payment, warranting a one-star rating. I ordered foot cream, and after a week, the item had not been dispatched. I submitted an online inquiry and received a response within 24 hours, including a post office tracking number. However, upon checking, it was clear that the item had not yet been submitted to the post office (still wait day 10:-(
