Excellent Bed Delivery
Matt and co were excellent in delivering my bed. Only ordered the bed Monday evening and didn’t expect it to arrive so quickly on the Thursday morning. Helpful as they rang when they were 10-15 mins away so allowed me to make sure I was in.

Never again!
Was told my delivery would arrive Saturday-no show! Then Sunday-no show again. I was then told 10-13 on Tuesday but they didn’t arrive until 20:30 at night! So has to take. 3 days off work!
The bloke that was driving was very aggressive and couldn’t drive the van at all! They told us they couldn’t carry the items as they was NOT insuranced to do this… a delivery company that can’t carry the items?? Very strange! Very rude people. Never again!! They left two women carrying a heavy marble table from van to our house!

Hi,
We are deeply apologetic for the service provided to you by our delivery team. We take pride in our service to our customers and your feedback is valuable for us to keep a check on how our delivery teams represent our entire company.
We are investigating the matter and will be speaking to the team that delivered your consignment. We would be grateful if you could provide us with your contact details on customercare@ayyminsolutions.com so we may amend this.
Regards
Ayesha

After being disappointed twice by a local delivery company Ayymin Solutions came to our aid and delivered my goods at 19.00. They telephoned me to say they would be 20 mins away and arrived promptly. When they arrived they were polite, and considerate.
They carries the goods through my bungalow to the back garden, and apologised because they were a new company and their uniforms had not arrived, but their clothes were clean and suitable. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED GOODS TO BE DELIVERED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
