FURTHER TO MY PREVIOUS POST OF THREE DAYS AGO. I WAS INFORMED BY AYZEZE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY HAVE REVIEWED MY ORDER AND DELIVERY, ACCORDING TO THEM MY ORDER IS COMPLETE ALL IN ORDER. THEY CANNOT COMPREHEND AS EXPLAINED IN MY FIRST MAIL, THAT MY ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE, I ORDERED 4 PCS, ONLY 2 DELIVERED. AS A CUSTOMER, I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEING TOLD I AM IN THE WRONG, IT CAN NEVER BE THEIR FAULT, THEIR INCOMPETENCE THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Lying! I ordered an item they advertised and they canceled and, thankfully, refunded my order a couple of hours later! Don’t use!

Dont touch this seller not worth the risk two months for my item to be sent still waiting scam company

Ordered 2 phonecases. What I received wasnt even remotely like what I ordered. Just some thin plastic crap. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE,ITS A SCAM!!!!

Do not buy from them. It's been a month, and I still haven't received my item

Was just about to order, now would not go anywhere near this company.

Avoid this seller , it is impossible to make a complaint or to cancel or return the purchase, the costumer service is very poor .
This seller is scamer , I recommend everyones who have done some purchase to block ther card after use .

The item I ordered took about 2 weeks to arrive so not too bad. However I want to return this as the quality is very poor. Impossible to navigate to their returns page as directed. Email sent requesting to return. Took 5 days to respond suggesting 2 charities for me to donate my parcel to. If I take a photo of the parcel being donated and send it to them they will refund my money! I struggle to believe this is genuine at all. Have emailed again but unfortunately I feel I have been robbed of £45

Absolute sham. Items are rubbish quality. Impossible to get through to complain. AVOID

Unfortunately I can‘t give 0 stars, cause I definitely would.

I ordered a product and shipping was not too wild tbh.
However, they sent the wrong product.

Upon inquiry if I can exchange it for the actually ordered product, they said it is not possible to resend or exchange and said I‘d need to order again from the seller or a different seller on their site.

I‘m struggling to believe someone in customer support can be so inept, but yeah okay.

Do yourself a favor and save money by finding a better site.
Not that that‘s hard with a standard set in absolute buffoonery by them.

Don’t trust this company at all.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered a car tyre tread iPhone case. I had a previous one which had the tread moulded into the rear and was great but only fitted my old phone. Ordered from this site and received a case with a poor picture of tyre tread stuck to the back of it. Went straight into the trash. AVOID .

Never got my order. Very hard to contact to follow up. Feel this is a scam. Go elswhere

The order came in parts, the last one 1,5 months after the purchase. Also, I paid for delivery in my office and I received a notification to pickup my parcels in a location near the office which however had no option of extending the pickup time! And because it was a weekend, the parcel returned somewhere centrally and it took two extra weeks….very very bad service and the quality of the products is not worth the wait.

Ordered. 13th of March. Should be shipped to Slovakia. I tracked the parcel and first came to Hungary after that to Poland and yesterday to Prague. Today I received a message with delivery date 6th of June. So honestly I don't believe that I will receive the goods. Thanks God only 20 euro m. therfuckers.

Bought a hoodie never arrived only a bag came with nothing in it too scam site 😠

Absolute garbage. Terrible quality item received. Awful print quality. Shocking customer service. I've just gone through trading standards now.

I waited for my order for a long time, about 3 Sundays they sent me a message that the order was only being sent, the maximum negative feelings from this site, the product absolutely does not correspond to the photos on the site, terrible quality, plastic buttons, leather as cheap as possible, I will send it back, at least try) I do not recommend 0 stars
