ordered pan over JOOM. constant updates good is still in china. than emails from AYZEZE (???) than sms from Swiss Customs after 2 month (promised within 10 days in November 2025) lamp has arrived but no sender address - they want CHF 20 at cusstoms - cant login in JOOM im blocked. they constantly write back: contact us via your personal acct - I think theyre deaf&dumb as bread.

Ayzeze is a scam. Talk to your bank and dispute the payment its an easy process you get a refund from the bank. Ayzeze has 60 days to dispute the refund, your bank does the work. If you are successful you keep the money if Joom has legitimate case (yeah right) the money goes back to them.

If on 28.november it is shipped and needed be long time ago, last time they send be it is delayed and be 9.december and on this date i got new delivery date on 6. February next year. Are you kidding me? Avoid this. Don't buy here. I even can't get refund back

I never received confirmation of my orders but the payment went through. I ordered a couple of items, clothing and jewellery from this site but they never confirmed my order and I haven’t any point of reference to contact them.
Definitely a scam site. Please do not use this company I have lost money so many times now with these random sites which I will never use again especially this one. Will stick to well know high street sites and Shein and Temu. DO NOT USE AYZEZE.
