I honestly have never dealt with a company as frustrating and unprofessional as Aza Fashions. Before placing my order, I clearly asked them multiple times if my outfits would arrive before my trip because I specifically needed them for that occasion. I made it very clear that I would only place the order if they could guarantee timely delivery, and they confidently assured me that everything would arrive on time. Looking back, it honestly feels like they just wanted my money without caring whether they could actually fulfill what they promised.

After taking payment, the experience became a complete nightmare. I spent weeks chasing updates, receiving the same copy pasted responses over and over saying the team is working on it or please wait 24-48 hours. Nobody took accountability, nobody communicated properly, and I had to constantly follow up myself for basic information. I sent them more than 100 emails.

What makes this even more frustrating is that despite knowing from the beginning that my order was time sensitive, they still chose to ship it using an extremely slow shipping company. If a customer repeatedly tells you they need their package urgently and you still use one of the slowest delivery options possible, that shows complete disregard for the customer and their timeline.

Because of their poor handling and false assurances, the outfits did not arrive in time for a destination wedding, making the entire purchase pointless. And I didn't had any outfit for the event. I had to borrow my friend's clothes for the ceremony. The stress this caused was unbelievable, especially considering these were expensive occasion outfits.

What made the experience even worse was the refund process afterward. After failing to deliver on time, they then delayed my refund too and suddenly tried issuing it as Aza wallet/store credit instead of refunding it back to my original payment method, despite previously confirming it would go back to my card.

I would strongly warn anyone ordering from them for weddings, vacations, events, or anything time sensitive because the stress, false assurances, and endless follow ups are absolutely not worth it.

Had a wonderful experience with Aza Fashion, especially thanks to Ayesha. She was extremely helpful throughout the payment process and was always quick to respond to my queries. Her communication was professional, prompt, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

Keith and Kunal were very patient, helpful and professional. The entire shopping experience was seamless. Now, I await an equally easy delivery and hope the product in real life is as good as it looks in the pictures.

I had such a great experience shopping with this online clothing store! Their customer service was amazing — they answered all my questions quickly and helped me figure out the perfect size by checking directly with the designer. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything fit correctly. On top of that, they made sure that it will arrive on time which I really hope it will . Excellent communication, helpful support. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Kunal was extremely helpful in creating a payment link for my order as am out of country and my family in India could make the payment after 6 hrs. I did not have to think much about it and was a very seamless process. And it all happened thanks to Kunal. He needs to be recognized for his timely customer service, diligence and expertise.
