Piece of mind while traveling
This test gave me piece of mind that I didn’t scramble around to find a test in the small town where my parents lived. The swab does feel very uncomfortable going in but it’s a quick 3sec swab. I also got the video conference so I was able to travel back to the USA and the person monitoring was very patient explaining the process.

Video observation seamless
Our experience with Azova video observation for our rapid test was seamless. I was anxious about the process, however our proctor Cedrick C. was very helpful throughout the whole call. I recommend Azova wholeheartedly and have, since my return from a holiday, told friends who plan to travel soon, about my positive experience with Azova. I had a faulty test kit while in Fort Lauderdale when attempting to complete a test for a cruise leaving that afternoon. I had to use my second kit that was needed for my return to Canada three weeks down the road. Azova was incredibly efficient in replacing the kit and express shipping to the hotel I would be staying at after the cruise and before having to come home. The kit was waiting for me at the hotel. The whole testing experience was very positive. Kudos, Azova!
