Couldn't have been easier
Couldn't have been easier. Scheduled a day in advance and promptly at the appointed hour, "let the test begin".
Took about 10 minutes for the results. Including the 10 minute waiting time required, it was about 25 minutes start to finish.

This was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I kept getting error messages about my billing address being wrong (which it wasn’t) and having a duplicate submission even though nothing successfully went through. Luckily my partner was doing a test at the same time and I was able to talk to his agent. This company should look at what Switch Health is doing as it is 10x easier.

Mary B was AMAZING
Mary B was a very nice, polite and patient person during our observation of Covid tests needed for travel. She was very patient while I uploaded the correct photo ID and she was nice interacting with my minor children. Her instructions were very easy to follow. The entire Avoza system has been easy to use. The appointment reminders are a little excessive, but they are nice too.
