Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience! The person we interacted with -Candy was so helpful and patient with me as my children and I took our tests. Great company! They texted me reminders and their customer support was quick and helpful too!

Results confirmation took way longer than 3 hours

We had our video antigen tests at 4pm the day before our flight to USA. The video call went OK although felt impersonal to be speaking to a black screen and we couldn't see our reflection to know the caller could see all 3 of us doing the tests simultaneously. We were told we would receive the fit to fly certificate within 3 hours. At 10:30pm we hadn't received an email so i called them and the automated answering service informed me the office was closed until 8am. We couldn't check in to our flight online without uploading the certificate. Eventually the first email came through just after 11pm and we had them all by 11:25pm. It added to what was already quite a stressful ordeal.

The website is ok but is a little hard…

The website is ok but is a little hard to understand. When I checked my appointment, at the very top it said ‘canceled’. I did not cancel it so I was not sure that I had an appointment or not.
I received an email and everything went fine after that. I had difficulty understanding the instructions from the audit lady. Her accent was quite strong. As a result I did not understand that I was supposed to time the 15 mins for the test to finish. They do not stay on the call until the test is complete….which is weird….I thought that this was the whole point of this test. At the end you download a photo of your tester.
However, this beats having to leave the house to get a test to travel.

The testing website has major issues.

Beware - the testing website will ONLY work on ipad, it WILL NOT WORK ON PC OR IPHONE. And you have to make sure the ipad does not go into standby at any point. or else you will be disconnected.

I spent 30 mins trying to connect on both PC and iphone but it had A/V issues over 6-7 attempts. It could not pick up my microphone consistently on either device. I do zoom calls on iphone and PC all the time and never had these issues.

The testing website sucks!!

I was very happy with the service that…

I was very happy with the service that we received. We needed a provider last minute to help verify our rapid tests to cross the border and they were so easy to contact, communicate with and book quickly with. Friendly and courteous staff helped us through the steps and we were easily able to move forward.

Set up of profile and booking…

Set up of profile and booking appointments was very straightforward. I did this via web and once you download the app, everything is very well laid out. Making edits or adding info to your profile didn't always work on the app (I set up 4 for my family) so I had to go back to the web. Once all details correct, connecting to the call was super easy and aside from being a bit blurry on the practitioner side, all went smoothly. I would have preferred to see her but I think it was really dark where she was so didn't turn on cam. She was personable and professional. She walked us through the process since we could all the tests together and after we had results, the records came back in minutes as she said. Very convenient and if you have your own test kit, you pay only the $20 USD visit cost. Thank you Azova! We're now home safely. ♡

Great idea & service

Very good idea and service, it's such a waste of time trying to find testing places and not spending a small fortune on some of them. My only comment would be to make the website a bit more friendly.

Fantastic and easy

I paid $10 - a total waste of money

I paid $10 for verification of COVID vaccine. On the PC it says verified, but on the mobile app it says it is not verified. I travel tomorrow and cannot use the application as intended despite the upgraded expense. Azova is a waste of time.

Edit to my 1 star review. Someone told me to avoid using the app which is frustrating and just type in the info for the website which is VERY EASY to use.

I am very frustrated with the web site I am not able to get anything done on it, there is no one online to help with chat, I called the number listed for customer service and although I kept pressing 3 for technical support the whole messaging process would start over. This is a very frustrating and hard to use site. I would rather just go in person to get an LFT.

Everything about it was easy

Everything about it was easy. Was able to book a testing time slot same day within a few minutes, test instructions were easy to follow, results were easy to download and later upload to airline. Would use again but hopefully this stupid pandemic is over.
