I dont know about everyone else, but my product came in 2wks. I was sent a tracking number with a update on when it would be arriving, and 1 email when it was delivered. I've been using for about a month (with leave-in conditioner) and I've noticed growth and thickness. I love it, even though it did come from China. But honestly I've been shopping at beauty supply stores ran by Chinese people and using there products for most of my life. I see no problem as long as I get good results. Will buy again!

This company is deceitful as heck. They advertise as an US company . I reviewed the advertisements on Facebook and was misled to believe this was a black owned company. I received my shipping info and its coming from China. This is so fraudulent. I have experienced items from China and its not authentic. This is horrible. I will never order any items off Facebook again. Everytine the products are from China.

I ordered this product 6 days ago. I thought it was a black owned business and after checking the status of my order I found out its coming from overseas. Very disappointed and upset, haven't received any new information on my order.

I have been emailing them for weeks, they never replied back. On their website it said #1 batana oil in the USA but when i tracked my ordered it said it is coming from China. I want my money back, does anyone knows how to contact them?

Thought I order Azure but it came from Fadelo, first thing I notice it wasn't a coffee color or smell, it smell awful even though it said unscented, I email them and thank God they refunded my $47.50

After 1st delivery in October the “company” withdrew from my account in November and I still have not received the product after countless emails requesting either refund or product that was paid for. Basically they stole $39.99 from me.

They deserve zero stars. This company signed me up for a subscription without my approval. At no point was it clearly disclosed that I would be charged again the following month. If I had known this, I would never have placed an order. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research, and they took my money. I strongly advise others not to order from this company. On top of that, the product is not authentic. I am currently working with my bank to resolve this issue.

Azure Boutique is a complete scam. Upon making a one time purchase, they automatically sign you up for a subscription. I initially thought they made a mistake in shipping, until I looked at my bank account and saw that they had been charging me $40+ a month for 2 months. They advertise the product is directly from Honduras, yet it is clearly manufactured and shipped from China. Customer Service advises you that you can cancel your subscription on line, and then provide a link that doesn't work. I had to email them five times before they would confirm that they cancelled the subscription that I never signed up for. Scammers.

I ordered from this company and received my ordered after a month or more. I noticed an order placed on my credit card for a membership subscription I didn’t place. Sent a email to cancel the order and future orders. Immediately they cancelled the order. 3 months later I’m being charged again. The website says you can manage subscription and cancel orders but there isn’t away once you click on manage subscription. Just shows you your passed orders. Because I ordered through Shop my credit card is attached to this fraudulent company. I am going to try to take card off of shop and see if this will stop this company from using my credit card. Please do not order from this company!!!

Two issues I had with the company and product: subscription and the product itself. I placed a one-time purchase of the batana oil, and I learned that it activated a subscription. I contacted my financial institution to place a hold on future transactions with the company. I sent an email to the company to explain what happened and requested a cancellation to the subscription. I received a response within an hour confirming subscription was cancelled. The Instagram videos and website indicates that the batana oil is made in Honduras and not in China and be aware of batana oil made in China. When I received the product, it clearly states Made In P.R.C. (People's Republic of China). Because the advertisement is misleading with false information, I reached out to the company and requested to initiate the return process. If I do not hear back from the company, I will contact my financial institution to reverse the payment due to false advertisement. I also went to Instagram and Facebook and reported the accounts for misleading customers with false information. For those who have had bad experience with the company, I suggest you do the same.

UPDATE: Multiple requests were sent to the company to initiation the return process since the website states we have 30 days to return the product. The responses I received have nothing to do with the return process. One email proposed a 70% discount which I rejected. I opened a claim with my financial institution to stop future transactions from the company due to a subscription that I did not enrolled in and a claim to dispute the amount due to misrepresentation and fraudulent product.

I attempted a good-faith purchase from Azure Boutique, hoping to rely on their reputable name. Unfortunately, I never received my products. Despite multiple inquiries, I was repeatedly told to check with my neighbors for the delivery, but I never received a tracking number or shipping date.

I was assured that my issue would be resolved and that a refund would be processed if necessary, yet neither remedy has occurred. After a period of silence from their team, I've noticed they continue to push for new purchases, which is frustrating.

I urge potential buyers to think twice before spending money with Azure Boutique. My experience has shown them to be unreliable and lacking in customer service.

I wish I had looked at these reviews earlier because so many are true. 1) They advertised what real Batana oil feels like (has granuals) and there's not one in their product and it is full of dyes. Plus it didn't work and it smelt bad.
2) Last month after ordering the by 2 get 2 free bottles, I missed the "in 30 days we will ship 4 more bottles." There was nothing that alerted or asked for my consent so I didn't look for it.

I believe they purposefully deceive the costumers with their advertisement. When you don't see the subscription there is a guarantee that your card will be charged in 30 days and the order shipped within a couple of hours. This means you will not be refunded.

These are the reasons I will never order Batana oil online again from anyone.

Ordered from this company but now wish i had,nt ,, after seeing all the bad reveiws an i too am still waiting for my delivery.
I sent emails requesting an update still no reply got a message from the coureiar Relay, saying waiting for pick/delivery details from company over 8 days ago, cant seem to get a tracking update from azure as its not responding, so what is going on???? Is this company even legit,,,..
And they mentioned in a email i had a subsribtion which i know nothing about,, cause i did,nt order one.
Am going to wait till 20 december cause that will be 15 days max as they told me due to delays.....
Just an update on this reveiw i recently received an update of my delivery and had git my order the products seem fine smells really good, the packaging looks fine...
Azure have also cancelled my subsription...

I would not purchase takes a very long time to arrive. Tracking information links do not work and then a random package arrives. Then they start charging your card without notice. I did not request a recurring order or subscription. Buyer beware.

Azure stated my product would be shipped from the US in 2-7 days | all items to be US shipped as of August 2025. 13 days later the product was enroute from Shenzhen China manufacturing warehouse. Not Honduras manufactured as advertised & not shipped from the US. On 12.2.25 USPS notified me they confiscated the package & it was seized for counterfeit postage; now property of the USPS - stated package will NOT be delivered. Azure notified numerous times; stated they checked on delivery & it will be arriving soon. NOT TRUE! Requested a US shipment by email & online via their customer service support site; was ignored. No updates on USPS seizure & new US shipment request - now on day 19, no delivery. BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! My bank was notified today

Update: Just receive email notification 12.6.25 4:37pm that Azure issued a full refund. Will post another update if refund not processed to my account in up to 10 days.

I ordered this product and immediately knew on arrival it was FAKE. I saw during the update on shipping it was coming from China/overseas and requested it to be cancelled. I was informed this was not possible. It was not shipped yet! Immediately after the product/s finally arrived I returned them. I was informed my refund was issued. It has been more than 7 days. I will advise customers for any company like this, save all correspondence and communication including return information and receipt as proof and dispute the charges with your financial institution. Also report to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

First of all, I bought one. I didn't subscribe to anything. After receiving my initial purchase, they started charging me 39.99 per month. After the third payment came out, I tried to call customer service number. Wrong number, wrong business, wrong company. My bank told me that the only way to stop the payments from coming out of my account, was to get a new bank debit card. And that's exactly what I did!!

Ordered a set 10.11.2025, sent several messages. Absolute rubbish and a scam. Stay well away.
