AVOID

terrible company - awful quality totally see through considering the price.
Sizing is bad, very big, and they don’t have the waist or hip size on their sizing chart.
Now they won’t let me return the item as it doesn’t fit, and are saying they don’t accept item returns when ‘sizing is not right’ due to their online size chat which “I should have checked”… but it doesn’t even have waist or hip size so how am I meant to know from online if it fits right.
Terrible company. Awful quality, bad customer service.
Would be tempted to say it’s a scam!

Horrific experience with this company

Horrific experience with this company. Bought two items on the same day, needed to return both. The one, no issues - easily returned. The second (even though it was the same reason) was a nightmare! Terrible and inconsistent customer service and when I tried to escalate, the agent said there is nothing that could be done. They came up with two absolutely bogus reasons to reject my return. Pathetic. Will never use them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They are the most AWFUL company, poor clothing it’s so disgustingly bad quality and they charge a ridiculous amount, PLUS you won’t get a refund unless you’re a so called influencer!! They have given me different excuses as to why they can’t refund me even though what I recieved is completley poor quality and expensive for the worst clothing I’ve EVER recieved! Avoid avoid avoid.

I have since recieved an email from them since writing this saying I’ll get a refund, however they don’t let you have the refund on a link unless you do it the day they send it to you. They just steal your money, the customer service is horrific. Avoid this company unless you want to be completely ripped off,

First time buying at the store

I bought a Fur Jacket and it was exactly like the description. I took a longer time to deliver, but it arrived perfectly.

The dress is not as it look in the…

The dress is not as it look in the picture, I thought I was getting a shiny more structured material. Instead I got a cheap faded stretchy lace fabric. I thought the did returns, but it turns out if it’s on sale you don’t! They haven’t even returned my email in 3 days. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a scam don't believe the positive reviews. They claim to be based in Italy but they are based in China. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I tried to cancel before it shipped and was told I could only cancel within 24 hours. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes and they were low quality and both didn't fit. I asked to return and for a refund. They then claimed that they don't offer refunds for sale items and if it doesn't fit. I checked the faq before buying and this isn't there. Refunds allowed within 14 days. Also all their clothes are on sale always so this is their loophole to never refund. Everyone please contact trading standards and report this company. I'm over £100 out with 2 dresses that don't fit. What they are doing is illegal. In the UK online orders can be cancelled without a reason given within 14 days

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, looks nothing like the photos and won’t give you a refund. Will only offer 20% for ‘good will’ and want you to pay for the post and package!! However won’t give you the address to send back. Would not recommend this website - don’t waste your money.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Honestly don’t waste your time with this company. They will not allow refunds unless the garment is badly damaged. If it’s a small imperfection, wrong size or you just don’t like it they will not allow you to return. I bought a top and skirt set that was white in the model, when I received it, it was cream and I asked to return it and they refused and offered me £8 as a goodwill gesture. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

Awful quality

Awful quality, no reply for a refund. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Turned up rolled in a ball! Cheap rubbish.

I would give ZERO
Do not order from here! I’ve been trying to return stuff now for days. No one will tell
Me how to return and they are saying they don’t refund! Shocking company. I ordered for a wedding and the wedding had been and gone by the time I received the items. I am now £112 out of pocket because they won’t let me return items that took over 3 weeks to be delivered. Will be taking it further to get my money back.

SCAMMERS

They sent defective clothes with threads hanging from one dress and the other without a label on it. They refuse to take any responsibility for the products they sent, they do not accept refunds even though the terms and conditions say it is our right. They try to get away with a 20% refund, without any serious argument. Do not even try to order anything from these scammers.

I was so excited to place an order as these dresses had been coming up on my feed. I ordered the dresses on the 5th of May and only received them on the 19th. Be prepared to wait a long time for items to be received. Opened the package to find the two dresses felt so cheap and poor quality. Really disappointing considering I’d spent £80 on the order. Would not purchase from here again.

DO NOT BUY! Total scam, rubbish!

Do not buy from them! The whole premise is a scam..they aren't in Melbourne...I found out they are based in Canada (well that's where the payment goes?) Their website claims to be a local family run company that are closing down. They aren't! They sent cheap, crap! I bought 4 dresses and they are all RUBBISH. Terrible fabric, workmanship and sizing. I've tried contacting them and they haven't replied to several emails...just silence. Their website says "Easy 30 day return policy" It took 3 weeks to arrive and no response to my refund e-mails. Avoid at all costs. I can't imagine any person has left a 5 star review... they're all scam! I'm very annoyed that I was taken by these crooks!

Dress was significantly shorter than…

Dress was significantly shorter than the size guide. Provided pictures and videos via email to the company and refused to acknowledge their mistake denied all wrong doing. Extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I experienced when enquiring about a refund due to a mistake on their end. Product, however was very pretty. Shame that it didn’t fit

This company is absolutely disgusting

This company is absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs. I bought a dress which had a hole in it and the company refused to give me a refund. They kept trying to offer ‘40% voucher of good will’. I tried tirelessly to have a reasonable conversation with their ‘customer service team’ but no one speaks any sense at all. I’ve basically lost out on the £39.99 I spent on the dress and the return postage they conned me into spending. Eventually they agreed to a full refund if I returned the dress and paid for the return postage, this cost me an additional £10.99, I paid this and returned the dress and now nobody’s replying to me. I don’t expect to ever see my money again. If no stars were possible I’d have done that. They also have the cheek to put a little card in with the package saying that I could get a free top from them if I leave a 5 star review here on Trustpilot and screenshot it and send to them. Horrendous company. I’ve created a Trustpilot account just to leave this negative review because I don’t want other people getting scammed like I did.
