horrible all 5 stars are scams

I would give it a zero if I could honestly. I ordered a dress and the sizing was completely off and it looked completely different from the pic so I go to return it and they tell me my return reason wasn’t “valid” and they can only refund me some money back. Aside from the horrible dress and horrible customer service the only reason there are 5 star reviews here are because they offer a free polo if you put a 5 star review on this website so any 5 star reviews r lyinng in order to get a free polo

I ordered a jump suit and it came…

I ordered a jump suit and it came within a few weeks which is what I had expected. I never buy jump suits as I’ve never found one that is flattering but this one really is. Sizes are actually a bigger size than I expected so maybe order a size down but looks lovely on and is so comfortable.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a couple of items that were far too big. Upon trying to send them back they wanted to refund me half. To this I said no I would prefer to return and receive a full refund. The return cost was £22.00. They received the return on the 6th April as I sent it tracked I could find this out. I sent several e mails asking for my refund to no reply eventually, after just over 2 weeks they sent a refund only to deduct £14.95 I explained I had already paid the postage but they said this was their policy. I would never purchase from these people again and would advise nobody to do so.

No, thank you

I've ordered a dress for my wife. The poor woman couldn't wait to put this dress on when a package arrived. Until she saw what's in the bag... Wrong size, wrong colour, wrong material, very poor quality. If you trying to return, you must send it back to Asia at your own expense, and the possibility of a refund is close to none. Cherry on top, the company is trying to bribe people with a voucher for a good (5*) Trustpilot review.

My review previously has been flagged…

My review previously has been flagged by the company as 'harmful' so am leaving another review, I believ I have the right to warn others to avoid this company based on my awful experience. I STRONGLY suspect the photos shown of the 'jumpsuit' on offer are not the actual jumpsuit you receive. The material is cheap, crinkly and there is one small white label , very poor quality. the photos show long trousers scraping the floor. What I got was trousers that end halfway up my calf.
They gave me a £20 refund of the £35 it cost me stating they don't offer full refunds and even if you pay for your own shipping costs they STILL deduct £14.95 !!!! Customer service just go back and forth saying they wont give a full refund.
They are making profit by selling poor quality clothes that are vastly different from the ones seen on photos on the website - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not accept returns. Then when I complained they offered 40% of my money back.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, since when can you not return a item purely because it doesn't fit! The material is awful and nothing like the pictures! I've raised a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. Avoid at all cost!!!! **UPDATE** paypal ruled in my favour and managed to get all my money back, definitely worth opening a case if you've used paypal or maybe even a charge back from your bank/credit card.

Bought a dress for £50 was nothing like…

Bought a dress for £50 was nothing like the pictures when it arrived so I emailed for a return the same day I received the order and they said that they wouldn’t be able to give me my full money back for the purchase but would give me a 20% refund.
So I would get £10 back from a £50 purchase of an unworn item is ridiculous
The dress was unworn and in the same condition it arrived in. I sent pictures and stated this I spent days emailing backwards and forwards with “customer service” and they said just kept stating that they do not do full refunds. That 20% of my money back as a goodwill gesture.
Will not be wasting my money there again
£50 is a lot to loose I’m considering it was originally 90. I’m lucky I didn’t loose more money.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I received a dress whereby the lining was sewn inside out and visible through the dress.

I appreciate they have a refund policy whereby you have to pay for shipping if you return something, however, when the item is faulty, they should cover the shipping cost! They negotiate and negotiate to try and give you back as little as possible even when it’s their fault. So out of something I paid £40 for, I got £16 back after a week of going back and forward. They then have the cheek to send me a discount token to shop with them again.
Terrible customer service and no way on this earth would I ever buy from them again or recommend anyone else to.

Terrible quality clothes, and awful customer service!

I ordered a jumpsuit online, but when it arrived, it looked completely different from the product photos—poor quality and nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service immediately, but they refused to issue a refund. Despite two months of persistent emails, the issue remains unresolved. Terrible customer service and a huge disappointment. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered two dresses for a wedding. Took a little while to arrive but when they did i was very impressed, they were both really lovely and great value for money. Ive worn one of them and got loads of lovely compliments.

I had wanted one of the cream ‘old…

I had wanted one of the cream ‘old money’ dressy co-ord pants and top sets for a while. My boyfriend surprised me with ordering me one and when it came I was so surprised at the quality. The material is thick and feels well made and expensive! I get so many compliments on it, it is a perfect casual but dressy day drinks outfit and I love it! I am a size UK 12 and ordered a size M and it fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend this company!
