Amazing
Amazing! Item took a little time to come but it arrived safely and the wait was worth it! I was a little concerned from the photos that my suit would’ve been too long but thankfully it was perfect for flats and heels and the colour; navy, was perfect and the material was gorgeous, so comfortable and felt like silk! I’m going to look at ordering more in different colours! Thank you so much to all of the team at Azzurra! Definitely a five star review and would highly recommend!

Terrible quality item. Poor material. Poor stitching. Poor fitting. Looks dreadful: Illegal returns policy as they say you are not entitled to a return. Legally if you sell online in the uk a return has to be offered within 14 days with funds returned within 14 days from request.

I received my strapless jumpsuit and was very impressed. Great quality and even though it took a while to come I only chose standard delivery as I wasn’t in a rush. I’ve washed this garment twice now and it’s as good as new so will definitely buy more clothing ❤️

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
First, the quality of the clothing I received was abysmal—thin, cheap fabric and completely off in sizing despite following their size chart. I didn’t even get to open my package right away because I was traveling for work, and when I finally did (just a few days later), I discovered that they have a laughable 3-day return window. That’s not customer service—that’s a trap.
But it gets worse.
Inside the package was a card literally offering a free polo shirt in exchange for a positive Trustpilot review. So now I understand how they’ve inflated their rating—by bribing customers for fake reviews. Combine that with the fact that they’ve disabled comments on Instagram and removed any way to leave honest reviews on their site, and it’s clear this company is actively silencing real feedback.
Their customer service response? Cold, dismissive, and completely unwilling to make it right. No refund. No exchange. No accountability.
I feel ripped off, and I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. If you care about quality, transparency, and being treated like a human—not just a transaction—stay far away from this company.

This company is a textbook example of how to run a scam disguised as a fashion brand.
The clothes I received were laughably cheap—thin, poorly stitched, and nothing like what was shown online. I followed their sizing guide exactly, yet several pieces were comically small. When I tried to return them, I found out they have a 3-day return policy, which is nothing short of absurd. Most reputable brands offer at least 14–30 days. It’s clear this policy is designed to trap customers and avoid accountability.
And here’s the kicker: inside the package was a card offering a free polo shirt in exchange for a 5-star review on Trustpilot. So now it makes sense why their ratings are inflated—they bribe people for fake praise while silencing actual criticism. Their website has no space for real reviews, and their social media has comments turned off. That alone should be a red flag.
When I contacted customer service, I was met with a cold, robotic message blaming me for not reading their fine print—as if that excuses their garbage product and shady behavior.
This brand is deceptive, manipulative, and clearly knows their products can’t stand on their own. I feel completely ripped off, and I’ll be sharing my experience everywhere I can to warn others.
If you’re reading this: RUN THE OTHER WAY!! There’s nothing “timeless” or “elegant” about being scammed.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. I ordered two trouser and top sets which took a long time to arrive and neither were of good quality. On trying to return them, I’ve been offered 20% discount, but on rejecting this they’ve agreed to a full refund, but I now have to send them back to Guangdong Province and have to pay $14.95. They have told me to declare the value “as below $5 to avoid customs issues.” Surely this is illegal? The order originated in Farnham, UK.

Love my new clothes
I've been looking to revamp my wardrobe and came across Azzurraclo. I ordered a few different pieces to start (sweater dress, jacket, and a polo), and I was very impressed with the quality and fit of each item. They feel true to the size chart that was provided and look exactly like they do on the website. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Terrible returns policy, do not use.
Unfortunately you cannot return an item if you just dont like it! This is a terrible and expensive experience for an online shop, will never recommend and never use again, how can you expect people to know if an item suits them? ...edit...This was rectified by offering a partial refund.

Terrible company to buy from and avoid at all costs. Quality of dresses are cheap. Refused a refund despite meeting the criteria, the quality is not an imperfection! Reported them to all channels, financial ombudsman etc
What a load of rubbish
What a load of rubbish , I payed £39 for a creased up jacket with no lining or label, it was delivered in a bag not much bigger then an envelope.It was advertised as half price . Do not touch this company.
