i wish i had read the other reviews before i bought 2 months supply, having taken them for i month along with diet and exercise. absolutely no change in my body mas energy NOTHING a complete waste of money as far as i am concerned

Received my 3rd order yesterday

I have been taking these now for a month and my bloating as got worse and instead of losing weight I have put weight on these tablets are a waste of money and a big SCAM never again will I buy diet pills as they are all the same

Id rate it 5 stars but i wish there are more capsules in a box. It's worth it but its a bit expensive when not discounted.

Did nothing for me. Been taking for 2 months, messaged customer support and they said to cut carbs and absolutely no alcohol. I live on a keto diet anyway as I suffer with reflux at the sight of a bit of bread. I was told I could return any unopened boxes but they needed to be immaculate so I’ve saved myself the return postage and just chucked them.

I have taken B+ Extra for a month. In that time I have put on 5 lbs. My appetite has increased especially for sweet stuff. My energy levels has remained the same (lower than I would like). My conclusion is that these pills are a massive con. It seems that somebody or a group of people have put a lot of energy into false advertising and false reviews

Reviewing my experience with B+ after four weeks.

My tummy is definitely less puffy, and I noticed this change after just a week. I still go to the bathroom frequently, but thankfully the awful urgency has eased up. Another perk I've discovered is that I'm enjoying much better quality sleep, which, in turn, has significantly boosted my mood. So far, it's been a pretty positive journey! 😊

I haven't given this a shot yet so I can't share too much about it. It's actually a friend's recommendation. 😊
