I've been taking these B+ capsules for a couple of weeks now, and although they have helped me curb my cravings a bit ... there hasn't been the dramatic weight loss results I was hoping for. I think it's more of a moderate improvement than a breakthrough for me.

I find these capsules helpful in curbing my appetite and suppressing my cravings for junk food. I noticed a difference after about a week of taking two a day. My main diet is chicken, rice and broccoli. I usually get massive cravings for junk food and fall into food binges but with these capsules I am feeling much better. I didn't buy them to lose weight. I just wanted to feel fuller. So for me they work. Try them and see how it goes

It is questionable whether the weight loss is really due to B+. I will still order them again to see if there is further weight loss.
