I completed the level 2 in cybersecurity with Back2Work. My tutors always provided constructive feedback and were always available throughout the duration of this course. The tutors created and encouraged a respectful environment where everyone respected each other, shared ideas and asked questions.

I really enjoyed this course, the delivery of the learning materials was excellent and I found it easy to digest and understand. The tutors were extremley good, and very helpful in providing support when required. The workload was about what I expected and to be honest, I had reservations about my ability to handle it. But I would encourage anyone who wants to learn more about cyber security, digital skills and/or web design, to give this a go.

The Instructors were excellent explaining the information well and in easy understand sections, the only issue I had personally was the speed of the course being slightly too fast and that during the last week the main instructor was swapped to a different group.

I would like to thank Chris Rothwell and Kavita for there help during my warehouse course. Chris teaches at a very good pace and makes himself very clear on what to do and how to do things. He makes it very easy to ask for help and can repeat the question and information back to you SEVERAL times to make sure people are aware of what he wants. I highly recommend taking a course with B2W Group and you would be very lucky to get taught by the LEGENDARY Chris Rothwell !!!

I recently finished the IT & digital level 2 course. As a beginner myself, I found the course very insightful, and the tutor was very open and honest. It was great fun.

I'd like to thank B2W for the opportunity to take the level 2 Digital Skill . I had no experience of coding but course tutor Lester Weier, he did an brilliant job in building my confidence to tackle the course with success. His positive attitude was infectious and played a huge part in me being able to sail through the course. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a start in computer programming.

I am so pleased with the learning experience had through the Tutor in person of Lester Weier who is dedicated and well experienced in the field of Digital and IT Skills. Lester timely responses and disposition of member of staff of the B2W can not be overemphasised.

I would not hesitate to recommend the B2W to all and sundry for the IT course and other relevant Certificate or Diploma courses.

It is the tutor and teaching process for me. The tutor was very explicit and concise in the teaching delivery, and was so patient with all. He was really helpful with materials and videos to guide me in completing every given task, and always encouraging us. This made me have a rethink, to be determined and committed to finishing the course, and achieving a goal.

I recently finished digital and IT skill, I learned some new IT skills that will enable me to improve in field of my employment ability

For my specific course, which was a level 2 digital skills/cyber security, it was purely introductory. It covers approx 8 subject areas ranging from programming, graphic design, cyber security, networking, etc. Each of the topics, while including daily, in class assessments, was taught over a 3 day period. It was not in depth coverage although the next level is meant to delve deeper.
