Great landlord experience. The house is always clean, and any concerns at the house are handled quickly and on time. Very hands-on everything and always understanding.

Spent 8 years living in one of Bryan’s rooms with an en suite in Springplat in Crawley , As I was travelling a lot due to my work nature as an aircraft engineer! Very nice and quiet area, big house with everything you need ! Bryan was always there when I needed him for everything and quick responsive to repair in all the problems that any house can have !!! I wish all the landlords had his mentality to make you feel like home ! Thanks again !

My first time renting and it couldn’t have been easier! Bryan is a great landlord and was extremely professional with everything from checking in to checking out. Didn’t really have any issues in my 8 months there and if there were any issues at all he would have it sorted straight away. Could not recommend B3B enough.

I lived years in one of Bryan’s house and I really liked my time there. It’s a well maintained and professional house. If there was any issues the response was always quick. The location of the house is very good, in quiet area with good parking options, close to town centre and public transport. The garden and the shared areas are spacious enough to live together with others and the rooms have enough space to have privacy if needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodation for a long term.

A great choice for tenants. I lived in one of B3B’s flatshare properties for 10 months. B3B were pleasant, welcoming and professional from day one. It is clear they work hard to ensure their tenants’ safety, comfort and to address issues in a timely fashion.

Rented a room in Bryan’s Property for 6months.
Easy and convenient paperless check-in and check-out experience. I personally did not have any issues in the house or room, but noticed when any maintenance was needed in the house it was easily communicated to Bryan and a call out was arranged speedily.

Lived in Bryan's property for 6 months. Properties are well looked after with usually quick call outs for any issues. Admin side is great and well organised.

Although a short stay I have no complaints and would happily recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to rent.
