I would say B3B Enterprises are trustworthy, good value for money, caring and approachable. I have rented a furnished double bedroom with an en-suite for the last 6 years. I’ve never had an issue with the landlord and any problems have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have always got on with my housemates and even made some close friends from my experience. The housemates I have lived with have always been friendly, respectful and considerate of others. Having never lived in a shared house before I have had a great experience and would recommend B3B Enterprises to anyone looking to live in a shared house.

I have been living in Barley Close having Bryan as a landlord since February 2019, and I left England on July 2021 and honestly I couldn't have hoped to have a better management of my staying. Very well organised and professional, every single document is signed and well kept in files. The house is very well taken care of with a company that, working for Bryan, comes whenever needed to fix whatever brakes.
I never ever had a doubt about what was going on with my documents and my deposit. Everything is always very clear. Definitely the right choice in a world where you need to watch out who you ask for a room to.

I had Bryan has my landlord for about 1 year and half. I have never had any problems with Bryan, he is a very easygoing and attentive landlord. Any problem with anything on the house, was fixed straight away. The house is modern and well located.

Landlord is nice and responsible. Every measures and tests in the house that should be taken were undertaken when I was staying in the house. All the facilities are well prepared and will be fixed efficiently if there’s any broken part.
