Great service
Great service.
Very easy to order sim card online and great to receive the mobile number right after ordering it.
Poor network
The Sim came with 8GB of data which was great and contact with the staff at B4i was good. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the call quality provided. We used this sim in the Netherlands and could not hear people on the other side of the line, nor could they hear us. It would've been better and cheaper to use a South African sim card on roaming and purchase a Dutch sim at the airport!
SIM card availability
SIM cards were ordered to be delivered in Durban airport vodacom shop . However due to riot in the area access to the region was forbidden. We thus went to the Vidacom shop in Johanesbourg airport where we first landed . It took 30 min nego before they agreed to transfer our SIM card and then another hour before we got the SIM card ready, so the question is why prepaying before departure if it takes so long when plans slightly changes. Apart from that, SIM card worked perfectly.

I ordered a Big Ten SIMM Card on the 23 December 2020. The package was supposed to be delivered at my address in Canada.There is no information on
the shipper, no tracking number all it said is that the package will be delivered
on 31 December 2020. To date (4 January 2021) have received nothing.
I e-mailed "Support" 3 January 2021 about the issue, no response.

Although slightly more expensive than buying direct with Vodacom on arrival in Johannesburg. Using B4i.travel saved us time after a long flight so it was worth it.
Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered an South Africa SIM card and it arrived a few days later. Obviously one pays a premium to buying this in SA but you have a phone that works as soon as you arrive and you don't have to go through the "RICA" authorisation process at a store in South Africa

I have used b4i.travel about 4 times. Each time their service has been excellent and responses to queries quick and helpful.This latest time we were due to travel but had to cancel due to COVID lock-downs. B4i.travel stepped up and provided an upgrade to my requested service order and made the order available for when we eventually get to travel in the future.
